I’ve been training at HOF for about 6 months and have been loving it. The coaches are great as well as the community. There are two types of workouts: small group PT or classes. The small group PT sessions are a great way to strength train based on your personal goals. The classes tend to be more HIIT and a great way to get your cardio in. Overall, highly recommend this gym if you’re looking for a serious, sustainable workout regimen. Less
