This was my very first CrossFit experience and I was pretty nervous. I was greeted so enthusiastically by the other members, I felt like I belonged from the instant I walked in. The atmosphere is electric, total opposite of today’s gyms where everyone is on their cellphones. The workout was motivating,excruciating and so fulfilling. Megan took the time to correct my form and I was so lucky the owner Adam partnered with me, I learned so much. I am recommending this place to everyone, one of the greatest physical experiences I have ever had. I’m hooked, can’t wait to go back. Thank you Megan and Adam, this is truly a top tier organization

I have been a member at Domain CrossFit for about 3 months now since early August of 2023. I hit up several different classes per week mostly with Coaches Adam A and Stephanie F. The bottom line: I have truly found a second Home at Domain CrossFit. I love it there. Because of the coaches, the facility, the programming and just the positive culture among other members/my teammates at Domain, I am happy to give this business and fitness community my highest review and gratitude. They so deserve it.Even though I am new to CrossFit, I have been a part of several martial arts clubs and fitness gyms and had many coaches at these places. SACA Kickboxing has changed my life for the better. Domain CrossFit I now add to that very short list of fitness communities that has made such a positive and meaningful impact in my life - and I'm very grateful for that. We all go through tough times in our journey. I joined Domain during a very tough time in my life. Without question, Domain, Adam, Stephanie and all of the coaches, members, and the sport itself, helped to get me through that very tough time - and coming out on the other end stronger. I can't convey my gratitude enough to all of the coaches and other members there for this. Thank you.Just some more quick details to help others who are considering joining Domain:THE COACHES: I believe I have trained with all of the coaches at Domain: Adam (Spider-man), Stephanie (the best playlists!), Hieland (Venom), Britt, Travis, Megan, Sugar Ray. I am just being genuine - all of the coaches are amazing. Worth noting, they are all very unified in their high quality of instruction, approach, and support - You can tell they are all on the same page and it's awesome. They bring very similar knowledgeable and supportive approaches, while each adding something unique. They are all crazy jacked and in amazing shape - they walk the talk. But they are all very down to earth, kind, and encouraging. They are super technical with their advice and coaching- they know technique and modifications super well. Each of them always push me to do more, to have better technique, and even to rest and take it easy when needed. Domain Coaches always have safety, technique and growth at the forefront. They will even help us put out equipment away when we are really fried from the workout. Super amazing coaches, straight up.THE FACILITY: Honestly, the total package. New, clean, safe, welcoming and an insane inventory of many, many and all crossfit tools and equipment. Really, too much equipment to mention - we will work on getting that heavy bag for striking :) You can tell Adam and Domain thinks about it's members as there is always fruit, trail mix, water available free of charge when needed. There is a cell phone charging station and coffee maker for us there as well. Small things which are appreciated. Bathrooms and changerooms are always really clean and the shower there is a good idea.THE PROGRAMMING: Always challenging, always meaningful, always organized, always different. One of my fave things about CrossFit. Coaches are always ready, knowledgeable about the content, and quickly demo all of the actions at the start of the workout - even the warm-up movements. As mentioned, the coaching and programming is always safe, technical, growth-based, and options are given for modification when needed.THE CULTURE/OTHER MEMBERS: A very welcoming community for sure. Coaches and other members there are friendly, fun, and hard-working. It has been very motivating for me to train with some straight up savages there that, regardless of their age, just crush workouts and push themselves so hard physically and mentally - while still being humble and fun. This energy is truly infectious.Thank you Adam and ALL the coaches at Domain. Your place has meant alot to me in my journey. A special thanks to Hieland for being the one to get me down to Domain in the first place. Thank you, Brother. I'm looking forward to staying at Domain and growing as a CrossFit athlete for years to come. Truly an amazing place.

I can't say enough good things about Domain CrossFit. Adam and his trainers are amazing. Like no other gym I have been to. The workouts are great. The trainers are always lookong out for you. Very nice gym. Such an encueging environment. I know I am on my way to reaching my fitness goals thanks to Domain Crossfit!!!

Highly recommend this gym for CrossFit and HIIT classes. I’m an out of towner and dropped in for a few sessions — the coaching and programming were exceptional. The gym is warehouse style with lots of new, high quality equipment. The owner, Adam, and the other coaches have also clearly worked hard to foster a strong culture among the members. If you’re thinking of trying out CrossFit or just need a place to drop in while visiting Medicine Hat, go with Domain.

Although I have a heart for fitness, I was not feeling it for a while. I decided to check out Domain CrossFit and it did not disappoint. Adam and his coaching team have created an environment where every fitness level feels welcome. Domain CrossFit operates on a foundation of community and education for the fundamentals of movement. They are always willing to spend extra time to go over and above for their clientele. I love every thing that Domain CrossFit stands for and how it has restored my love for fitness again!!

Adam and the team make this place amazing. Great coaching. They really take the time to ensure you're preforming lifts properly and explain everything so well. Everyone at Domain is a joy to be around and the sense of community is overwhelmingly positive and tight-knit. Will remain a customer here and reccomend Domain to anyone whose willing to come walk through the doors for the first time!

Domain CrossFit is an amazing facility. I have been attending for 7 months now, I was nervous to go as I have never done Cross fit before. The coaches and members are so encouraging. They truly are interested in a program that works best for you. They want you to succeed. I am so glad I started at Domain. You will too!
