Dr. Quiles was very professional and went about our sessions with great care for my back. He helped me figure out what was wrong and solved my back pain issues faster than I thought possible.

I was stiff, sore achy with back and neck when I arrived at Roach Family Wellness. He handled the initial x-rays then proceeded with the adjustment. I was relaxed, floating and relieved of pain when I left. It was my first adjustment and it will not be my last!

The doctor is really good. He makes sure everyone understands the whole process and follows up with you making sure that you progress in in your well-being. He speaks Spanish as well so it’s very convenient when needing to understand certain aspects of the process, if the patient is not fluent in english. Will visit again.

Not only did I get a great adjust they went Ivey my X-rays to not only show me where my body was misaligned but also explained the significance of having regular adjustments. The front desk staff is also friendly and helpful, she managed to help me sort out a plan that would best work for my budget and schedule.

A friend of mine referred him to me and so thankful she did! The first day I met Dr. Roach he informed me that it was my neck causing my shoulder issues. He went through various tests with me to check the status of my nerve endings, my range of motion, etc., along with gaging what treatment plan I needed, after having x-rays done. He adjusted me, and instantly increased my range of motion. I still had the pain but it wasn't as severe. I have been following his advice about stretching and strengthening my neck, shoulder, and back muscles, along with making sure I go into to his office to see him for treatment 2x a week. I feel better and stronger everyday. I know it is up to me to continue doing what the doctor ordered, if I expect to have full use of my arm without pain. Thank You Dr. Roach! Less

I started visiting this office early last year when I found I was having trouble managing my muscle tension and upper back pain, among a few other things. I've been a frequent flyer ever since and I look forward to my chiropractic visits as one would look forward to a movie. From day one I was impressed with how thorough the medical team was when I had my initial consultation. Even though I had specific things I wanted checked out, their office takes a whole person approach to much sure EVERYTHING is functioning properly. You couldn't ask for a better staff- From Joy at the front counter who is always positive and knows exactly who I am when I call, to Dr. Webb and Dr. Cavaliere who both do fantastic adjustments, of course Mindy (MY SAVIOR) who I see for manual massage therapy, and even Keith who always has something on the speakers that isn't elevator music. Since I've been regularly seeing the staff, my muscle pain has gotten to a manageable place between the cortisone shots and the massage. I've begun to recognize when my body needs to be adjusted and how to take steps to manage it between visits. Before my adjustments, the range of motion in my neck was awful and I was constantly pulling or straining muscles and to say that's improved since then would be an understatement. Been here for two separate motor vehicle accidents over the course of about a year, great service and care both times. Would highly recommend this welcoming crew to anyone dealing with any kind of ailment of the spine.

Today was my first visit ever with a chiropractor. The front desk staff, the nurse practitioner, the x-ray tech, and Dr. Roach and Dr. Troy, were very nice and thorough. I'm looking forward to seeing what type of treatment plan they have in mind for my lower back problem.

I got adjusted for almost a year and my last visit was at the end of November. I never receive a phone call from the doctors to see how I was doing or if there was something they can do for me. Six months later I received a bill that did not stated what it was for, when I called to find out what was the bill for after six months, I was told they hired a new person that I gone thru all the charts and found that was some service that I did not paid for. When I asked what service the lady was very rude and could not told me what it was for; all she said they don’t do free service. I asked to speak to the doctor and she refuse to put the doctor on the phone. I indicated to her that I will not pay for a bill that I do not know what is for, especially when I paid every single time that I was there; even for a massage that I was original told my insurance will cover. Be careful before you commit yourself going to this pace, for sure you will be charged for more that you are told your insurance will cover. I don’t believe Dr. Roach knows who he has working for him; the bill is not for much but it is the principal that they expect me to pay for something that they cannot tell me what is for and the fact that the accounting person is rude instead of helpful.
