Lyndsay and Claude responded quickly to our requests for help and information. They were always personable and informative. They were always professional in the work they did with good equipment and adequate work force to do each stage of the installation. They were instrumental in getting inspections and certifications completed in a timely fashion. Although weather hampered full completion of the replacement of all soil they left the septic bed in complete working order and we are confident they will return when weather permits to level the soil to allow for landscaping in the spring. CSR answered my frantic call, and were there to support us through the winter, until the weather cleared/ground thawed enough for them to solve our problem. Finally able to work… they rolled up their sleeves and took the bull by the horns.. Ultimately, our solution required a completely new install. CSR worked tirelessly through the design & permit process and came up with an ingenious solution for our difficult property. Then, they installed it. Their work is top notch professional. They have the tools and the skill to get the job done right. With 50+ years of combined experience… they can’t go wrong. With a full range of long established contacts to support their work… Material delivery was timely, skilled trades available, and finally sod/seed contacts to finish everything off, like they were never there. (we also required occasional tank pumping, which went off without a hitch). Professionalism, compassion (they worked week-ends to get us back in service as quickly as possible, after such a long ordeal), dedication to doing a great job, honest and considerate to take the extra time to clearly explain. I’ve learned a tremendous amount from them, about how our septic system works and the best way to care for it. Lastly, their price was very reasonable, especially considering the value of their overall support (they’ve even checked in a couple times, since!.. just to make sure everything is ok).
