Finally someone who understands a busy person's lifestyle. Robin is highly knowledgeable in fields of Nutrition & Fitness. The one thing I really liked is the fact that he didn't "forbid" carbs and sugar which makes the whole diet and exercising more "natural" and "easier". He's also a great coach, you never feel lost, and he's always there for all the questions/dilemmas.
