Have always been treated very well here, especially when my Subaru Outback was having several mysterious issues. Edwin was very communicative and worked hard to try to figure out what the issue was. It is not common to say that you look forward to coming to the mechanic, but everyone here is so pleasant, I think you could easily say that about Element!
