CrossFit 12 Gauge is the best! I was nervous to start CrossFit but the coaches as 12 Gauge are the best! They take the time to actually coach and help the members instead of just going through the motions. This gym feels like a tight knit family that welcomes everyone who walks through the door! Less

I highly encourage anyone who feels they are struggling with their fitness journey and unsure where to start, well I have the solution for you by starting your journey with CrossFit 12 Gauge. Trust me, Coach Nick and his staff will always make it about you and your spiritual fitness and goals, which in time, you will set higher goals for yourself with the staff supporting you and cheering you along. The professionalism of the coaches and the coaching is awesome at all levels which include the kids classes. The staff are expert and sensitive at working with individual personal limitations by explaining and demonstrating techniques for every exercise. Since being a member I will just assume the staff motto has always been the following, " the more comfortable I make you feel in the gym the more confidence you will gain in attempting a new exercise for the first time and you will want to challenge yourself to work harder." Remember I'm just guessing that the motto but I see first time members achieving personal best daily weather its doing push-ups, sit-ups pull-ups, squats, deadlifts, Burpees, toes the bars, row machine and others exercises. Personal gains are being made daily even if it's just one repetition. That's one more than you did the day before. There are so many things to like with CrossFit 12 Gauge. From the clean facility, done twice a week by a dedicated cleaning crew, to the friendly and knowledgable staff, newer equipment to keep everything looking and feeling fresh and updated. It has showers, a sauna and plenty of normal "gym bro" options if that's your thing. Where this gym really shines is in the classes and community, have aspirations for competing in CrossFit they have some tremendous athletes and coaches to push you, just starting out the coaches won't hang you out to dry and they focus on quality movement and safety.
