I booked an appointment online (through Class Pass), called the salon ahead of time to confirm my appointment, then drove to the salon and got there on time, just to wait around for 20 minutes while she served another client. As I go to sit in her chair, she tells me that she can’t serve me via ClassPass because she has before and it’s only for new clients.
It’s fine that it’s for new clients, but she could have informed me both when we talked on the phone, when I booked the appointment, or while I was sitting there for 20 minutes waiting for her to finish her client.
She refused to give me a gift certificate to use at another time, even though I already pre-paid for my service and refused to see me since I booked on ClassPass.
She does good work, but I’m frustrated at the lack of proactive communication.
