This firm is absolutely the best for an affordable, hassle-free patent filing experience. Andrew Rapacke has built an amazing team of experts who are competent professionals in every respect; every person I worked with was prompt in accomplishing their particular task and I never felt that my project was lost on someone’s desk. We had a few issues with the USPTO that were addressed tactfully to help the Examiner understand the unique components of my invention resulting in a successful filing. FYI: I had used another firm several years ago for another filing that had no issues from the USPTO, but my costs were almost three times higher than the fees of the Rapacke Law Group.
