I requested dirt for backfill around a new patio. They sold me fill dirt which was 99% clay. Absolutely unusable for what I needed it for. When I reached out, they blamed me and said I should’ve ordered top soil. I feel like as the customer if I told you what I needed dirt for, then the professionals in the business should be able to tell me what I need to order. They refused a refund or to come pick it back up, despite offering for them to keep the original $175. They wanted me to pay an additional $150 to come get it. Terrible customer service, terrible salesmen, and terrible experience. Now I have 2 ton of grey clay on my driveway that I need to figure out how/where to dump it. Less
