We had dinner yesterday there. Frida’s fajita was so good. I had Frida’s steak bowl- it was so good. Margaritas was delicious and so big for the price 😍

In honor of Father's Day my husband selected the restaurant. The atmosphere is average and clean as I would expect for a dining out. The services was also very good (no complaints or issues). My husband opted for the steak street tacos, my daughter a Golden Gate burrito, and Frida Bowl for me! In honor of Father's Day my husband selected the restaurant. The atmosphere is average and clean as I would expect for a dining out. The services was also very good (no complaints or issues). My husband opted for the steak street tacos, my daughter a Golden Gate burrito, and Frida Bowl for me! The Golden Gate burrito must have been good, as my daughter doesn't tend to continue to eat an offering if it doesn't taste good. She devoured over half of it, and considering it's size, that is a monumental feat for her. The burrito is black beans, rice, avocado, roasted corn and, her selected meat, steak wrapped into a large flour tortilla with a thin layer of cheese over the top. The steak street tacos were as described with and come with two "sides" which are additional toppings for your tacos. They are presented with two sauces and lime. The street taco's tend to be my go-to when trying a Mexican establishment. However, I choose something different: Frida's Bowl. I wasn't disappointed when this bowl was served to me. It contained well balanced amounts of spanish rice, fresh tomato, chopped red onions, sliced avocado, buttered corn, cilantro, queso cotija and a generous amount of steak. I did sneak the unused lime from my husband's meal to squeeze the fresh juice over my bowl, taking the flavor profile even further, making the dish outstanding. . I did try the fried ice cream (unfortunately I forgot to take a picture). It presented well and of generous serving size. Great size for sharing. I think the dessert would be elevated from good to great if a cinnamon ice cream versus vanilla was used. I do see myself stopping in again for the bowl or to try one of the many other offerings. Absolutely OUTSTANDING food and service!!! We are Arizona transplants and really miss the taste of the southwest! This is a local treasure and definitely at the top of my favorites!!! Great menu options too! Highly recommended! The decor is great too!

Save a trip. Food tasted like it was marinated in sink water. The chips and salsa tasted as if they were store bought. I got a quesadilla and the cheese wasn’t even melted. Ordered a Coke Zero and was given Diet Coke. My go to is Los Mariachis and I’d recommended that restaurant in lieu of this place.

Had to go to Tipp City, Ohio for our granddaughters softball tournament. Happened upon Frida's mexican cantina. WOW! Some of the best food I've had. Highly recommend if you're in the area. Service was outstanding!

Celebrated 3 generations with my daughter her daughter and myself it was amazing enjoyed every minute service was excellent! Definitely will return. Food prices were great...even took food home. Very friendly and efficient staff.

Surprising diversity of options and quality! Offer traditional Mexican and some Asian fusion options too. We love it here! Definitely try the orange chicken tacos!!

Pulled off I-75 for a short dinner stop on the way home from Spring Break. The wait staff were very attentive and the food was delicious. Our group ordered flautas, chimichangas, a burrito, and enchiladas. Everything was tasty and the portions generous. Enjoyed the patio, as well.

Me and 2 friend went here a few days ago. First my 1 friend's order was wrong when it came out. Our drinks never got refilled and had to go find someone to even order an alcoholic drink. Both the food and drinks were not good at all. For all the good we've heard about this place is was the worse mexican restaurant we have been to maybe even the worse restaurant.

I ordered the Margarita sampler and it was pretty good. I ordered the Pollo Publano meal which was very good. My husband ordered 2 beef enchiladas with no rice or sour cream and received chicken so they had to remake them. When they remade his order they brought out the 2 beef however also put rice and sour cream on his plate. The rice was in its own in a bowl however the sour cream was all over. Instead of resensing it he scraped all the sour cream he could and ate it with the help of some salsa. One of our friends ordered the Churro cart desert which was cute. It had ice cream, caramel, chocolate, and sprinkles to dip them in. The waiter brought over shots for everyone on the house in a big airplane and that was definitely different. I tried this place for the first time and loved it. The food was very good, and there are a wide variety of options to choose from on the menu. The staff was very friendly and accommodating as well and the environment was very nice and clean. I definitely recommend this place if you love Mexican food.

We were there for lunch. Everyday was excellent. Only recommendation would be for some smaller portions at a lower price. It was more like having dinner.

Is this what passes for Mexican food in Ohio?? Simply adding contents to a round shell does not qualify the end product as 'Mexican.' The food was completely flavourless - no seasoning, no spice, no flavour. I could not find any redeeming qualities in my experience. Simply awful.

Their service is always very friendly and kind. The food is always wonderful. Very tasty. And if you want to have a little bit of fun, I suggest ordering the Tower Marquita! It is very festive and a good talking piece. The flavors of marquitas that they have are amazing and the tower you can pick up to 3 to fill it. Love everything about Fridas!

Best mexican food i can remember. So glad we stopped. This place is well lit and clean. Service was great and food was amazing. Reasonably priced too. Had golden gate burrito and 16oz beer. Both were perfect. Chips and salsa really good too. Coming back for sure

I loved the chips and salsa, queso not so much, it was bland and needs some peppers in it. Enchilada sauce wasn't for me but they was plenty of meat inside. Waiter was nice and prompt but didn't understand us and messed my order up. I will give them another shot but I won't go out of the way to do so.

When we got notice of being transferred to Ohio, people in the local office said the only "real" Mexican food in the area was Taco Bell. Living in the western US most of our lives, we never considered that real Mexican. We were pleasantly surprised when we found Fridas. The staff is friendly and the food and drink are outstanding.

Our family loves going to dinner at Fridas! We are they almost once per week. I've had several different dishes and have been happy every time. This is a family owned and operated restaurant. The servers are friendly and eager to please.

Burrito bandido is STUPID FULL of meat. Didn't realize how big it was going to be and i ordered enchiladas too. Don't make the same mistake I did. I was barely able to power through the whole burrito. Definitely try the frida's egg rolls.

I didn't get what I ordered. I ordered a bean burrito and got a beef burrito after I repeated my order 3-4 times. I enjoyed my food and how it tasted.

Wonderful food! Friendly and quick staff. Bar area and dining section are both perfect for whatever type of night you are looking for. Daily specials. Just a great time. A strong addition to Tipp!

Amazing food! As much as I hate spending almost 20$ on a meal this place is worth it! A burrito with chorizo, shrimp, and grilled stake, all doused in cheese? I though I could only find something like that if I made it myself... totally worth the price

Very good. Chips and salsa are the bomb. Food was good and was quick. Margaritas were good as well. Will be back for sure.

I found the enchiladas to be bland and unappetizing, even though I ordered them with beef tips. My wife thought her burrito was very good. The location is convenient if you are in the north end, as they are just off 75 in Tipp City. I will go back and give them another try (just not order the enchiladas.)

Great food

As one of the newer mexican restaurants in the area it has been pretty busy but this is some of the best Mexican food in the Tipp City area. The service is great the food is great and the atmosphere is on point.

Went to dinner on a Friday night with some family. Chips and salsa were ordinary. We tried the fajitas and several types of street tacos. Food was alright but nothing to write home about. Lacked seasoning or had off taste (pork). Their menu is much too big I feel. HUGE! Too hard to choose and hard for things to be fresh with that many pages of menu. Was disappointed. Service was good.

Great food just charges way to much for things like sour cream. ($1.75) a teaspoon. Menu prices are fair but the sour cream price will make me not come back without bringing my own.

By far the best Mexican restaurant I've ever been to. They have a huge variety of very tasty food. The service is excellent and the owners and employees are so nice. They really take care of their customers. I can't say enough. This place is outstanding!
