I had a significant issue with a different vendor, who had given me short notice to move 3 large containers from their facility. Having been introduced to Ricky at Units of Fort Lauderdale, he did his background trouble-shooting with no fuss and quickly came up with a great solution. Needed a storage pod after my house flooded. Units was reasonably priced, had the availability and flexibility I needed and everyone I contacted via phone was friendly and professional. Everyone was great there, Daiana called the day before and the day of to be sure everything was good for delivery. The driver was great also; he made sure to put the container where you wanted and always called 30-40 minutes before getting there. I will always use them if I ever need a container again. The customer service was excellent.

We had a great experience with UNITS! Remodeling our small business in Boca and needed a storage unit QUICKLY. I called on a Thursday at 11:30am, and by 2:00pm that SAME DAY the container was delivered to our back parking lot! Everything was quick and easy, the unit was spotless and just the right size. Will definitely use UNITS again when needed!

UNITS was awesome! They did everything as they said they would - delivered when they said they would, picked up for storage when they said they would, returned the UNIT when they said they would, and picked it up for the final time when they said they would! Was very pleasant dealing with them on the phone. And I loved that their truck was able to fit on my narrow street and had no issue with the delivery! Would definitely use them again if the need arose.

A++. Unbelievable customer service, these guys really go beyond the extra mile to accommodate difficult situations. I have a few very large items that didn’t fit in the container, and were packed on a flatbed like Tetris. Well they went at it with the forklift and found a way to remove the heavy bulky items and store in a safe location for me. I was shocked how helpful and problem solving everyone single person at Units Fort Lauderdale pompano is- recommend them 10000%.

I have had my 16ft unit for over two years. Ricky and staff were very professional, understanding and accommodating….Let’s not even mention price… This was the best rate in town…And believe you me, I searched everywhere. I hate that it was time for me to return it… Because I felt as though they became more like family than just business…. 10 out of 10…. I would DEFINITELY recommend and rent again.
