I don't think I ever have the words to say how amazing units was. We first started by dealing with PODS who was such a nightmare, and when I googled and found units, from the get go they were so nice and responsive. No chasing, all emails and calls were answered right away. We had a pod the next day, not to mentioned any pickup, delivery and repositioning was done same day, I truly don't know how they make it all possible. Daiana is truly amazing to work with and she made moving a breeze, I hope we don't ever move again, but if we do, it will be with Units thank you again!

I had a significant issue with a different vendor, who had given me short notice to move 3 large containers from their facility. Having been introduced to Ricky at Units of Fort Lauderdale, he did his background trouble-shooting with no fuss and quickly came up with a great solution. He has been responsive and proactive, keeping me up to date on important matters. He has also been responsive while overseas. I unreservedly and very strongly recommend Ricky and his team.

Needed a storage pod after my house flooded. Units was reasonably priced, had the availability and flexibility I needed and everyone I contacted via phone was friendly and professional. The Unit was delivered to my driveway and picked up 2 months later hassle free. I didn't even need to be there for the pick up. I will definitely use this company again for future storage needs.

Everyone was great there, Daiana called the day before and the day of to be sure everything was good for delivery. The driver was great also; he made sure to put the container where you wanted and always called 30-40 minutes before getting there. I will always use them if I ever need a container again. The customer service was excellent.

We had a great experience with UNITS! Remodeling our small business in Boca and needed a storage unit QUICKLY. I called on a Thursday at 11:30am, and by 2:00pm that SAME DAY the container was delivered to our back parking lot! Everything was quick and easy, the unit was spotless and just the right size. Will definitely use UNITS again when needed!

UNITS was awesome! They did everything as they said they would - delivered when they said they would, picked up for storage when they said they would, returned the UNIT when they said they would, and picked it up for the final time when they said they would! Was very pleasant dealing with them on the phone. And I loved that their truck was able to fit on my narrow street and had no issue with the delivery!
