It’s an overcharged treatment that a regular orthopedic doctor can do for you. The staff changes at the one in Virginia Beach every few weeks. Their customer service is terrible. There is a lot of runaround that my ortho doctor doesn’t put me through. Multiple visits that could be downsized to one or two. One more way to get more money.

This surgeon performed rotator cuff surgery 15 years ago when I had to use my left hand to lift my right arm in order to write on the chalkboard and brush my hair, and he did an awesome job repairing 3 of the 4 torn tendons. This same surgeon told me that I now needed a total knee replacement. I had already scheduled the surgery when my daughter found Rejuvinix and thank God I consulted them. Once you have knee replacement you can no longer run!! If you are hurting, go see them! Don't give up! Get a second opinion!! I highly recommend it! They take people in all stages from wheel chairs, unable to walk, they work on Seal team members, athletes, elderly people! So in the end the insurance did not pay anything I received a bill in the mail for $265.34. that included a $40 office visit. When I called and asked about the free consult they said the xray and ultrasound was not part of it. But they also refused to remove the office visit. I was given an assessment in June and started treatments coupled with physical therapy in July. Over those weeks, a relationship was established with the staff of Rejuvinix, challenging my perception of my own limitations. Physical Therapy (P.T.) started with simple stretching graduating to more 'functional' tasks. I can now bend and move as I have been unable to in years. Aside from that, but more importantly, occurred during my appointment last Thursday. I arrived for my scheduled P.T. appointment and Mayson immediately started me on a simple calf stretch. Across the room, Melissa greeted me, but, IMMEDIATELY, noticed significant edema (swelling) in my left leg, similarly what would come with a blood clot. Melissa IMMEDIATELY stopped my therapy and transformed into a more intense and laser focused role as I had never seen in her, coming over to perform a physical assessment of my leg. The remainder of my appointment had now changed direction. Other staff members IMMEDIATELY prepared me for an ultra-sound to rule in or out, a potential blood clot. (I had a history of one 18 months earlier). All parties move with precision as though this were a practiced, daily routine but I would bet, it's not. Upon the recommendation of the staff at Rejuvinix, I contacted my Primary Care Physician and ultimately went to the Emergency Room, where another ultra-sound ruled out a blood clot. The outcome was positive but I cannot express my sincere gratitude to Melissa, Mayson and Tim on how their actions pivoted on a dime that day. Kudos to those staff members who participated with the ultra-sound as well. You immediately went from a likely routine morning into another mode. I am so glad the outcome was not more sinister. I absolutely hope this review is read by Management at Rejuvinix.
