Great gym, cannot recommend enough! The coaching that you get there is world class, the facility is extremely clean, and it gives an old school family vibe that you don’t find at most places. If you live on Schofield barracks, or in Wahiawa, and are interested in doing CrossFit for the first time, returning after a long break, or taking your Fitness to the next level, this is the place!

I am new to CrossFit, and this gym has made starting out really comfortable. Everyone is so friendly, and the coaches are knowledgeable and give great form cues and instruction, both to beginners like me and to the people expertly crushing their Rx workouts. Thankful for the MUV ohana! If you’re thinking about it, come give it a try!

If I could give 10 stars I would. MUV CrossFit is an amazing gym. The coaches are outstanding! They are detailed oriented and give plenty of positive encouragement. They are respectful of everyone’s different skill levels and can give highly appropriate modifications for everyone. If you’re looking for a kid friendly, family-oriented gym, MUV CrossFit is the place for you and your whole ‘Ohana. MUV CrossFit has hands down the best coaches, space and energy. My whole ‘Ohana feels so lucky to be members. The members and coaches at MUV CrossFit radiate positivity in our lives and throughout the community.

Starting my day at MUV CrossFit is the best. The onboarding was smooth, and I appreciated that they used Push Press, making it easy to sign up for my first class without a lengthy intro or sales pitch. The 4:45 AM class has great energy, excellent coaching, gym has a welcoming community that motivates you to do your best.

Today was my first session, and I really enjoyed the workout. Katy was an excellent instructor who made me feel welcome and also took the time to demonstrate proper form. I will definitely be coming back!I’ve previously worked with Dr. Kyle Womack who is a stellar physical therapist who helped me recover from a gnarly ankle sprain. Dips and drips is also great. The MUV gym and community is really special.

MUV is an incredible CrossFit gym! From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, friendly, and made me feel like part of the community. The atmosphere is also very family-friendly, which makes it a great place for people of all ages. The workout was definitely challenging, but it was an amazing experience and left me feeling accomplished. The coaches were encouraging, the programming was excellent, and the positive energy throughout the gym was contagious. I’m a 60 year old construction worker, surfer/trail rider and I am beat up!! (4 shoulder surgeries)The CrossFit classes offered at this facility are incredibly helpful for my recovery. My children love the classes too, it is a great time to bond, get healthy, laugh and have fun with my children!

Dropping in for the week from Texas. Looked at a few other gyms in the area before deciding to go with MUV. I’m very glad I found them, I immediately felt like a member. The coaching and programming is great and it’s comforting to know that you are being led by a L3 coach.The community is phenomenal and they are very involved with the community outside the gym walls.Highly recommend dropping in if you’re in the area.A huge plus is that they allow you access outside of class hours. So if are out and about and can’t make class you can still get a workout in.
