MUV is an incredible CrossFit gym! From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, friendly, and made me feel like part of the community. The atmosphere is also very family-friendly, which makes it a great place for people of all ages. The workout was definitely challenging, but it was an amazing experience and left me feeling accomplished. The coaches were encouraging, the programming was excellent, and the positive energy throughout the gym was contagious. I highly recommend MUV to anyone looking for a supportive community and an awesome workout!

I’m a 60 year old construction worker, surfer/trail rider and I am beat up!! (4 shoulder surgeries)The CrossFit classes offered at this facility are incredibly helpful for my recovery. My children love the classes too, it is a great time to bond, get healthy, laugh and have fun with my children!

Dropping in for the week from Texas. Looked at a few other gyms in the area before deciding to go with MUV. I’m very glad I found them, I immediately felt like a member. The coaching and programming is great and it’s comforting to know that you are being led by a L3 coach.The community is phenomenal and they are very involved with the community outside the gym walls.Highly recommend dropping in if you’re in the area.A huge plus is that they allow you access outside of class hours. So if are out and about and can’t make class you can still get a workout in.

Great class! It was my first session with MUV CrossFit. Coach Sarah was awesome — she ran a very smooth and organized class, coached each individual athlete on what they needed to reach the stimulus of the workout, and kept things FUN! She provided a very genuine energy that is hard to fake and you can tell she really cares and enjoys what she does — something needed for an early morning 6AM crew.So stoked to see a CrossFit gym open up in my hometown, Wahiawa!

Dropped in last minute on our way out of town and had a blast! Kyle the owner is top notch. Jen greeted us as we were walking up and made us feel right at home! Wyatt did an awesome job coaching, teaching, and running class! Overall GREAT spot! Definitely recommend if you are on the island!

Coach Kendal was even open to small feedback on her coaching which just proved that owner Kyle has cultivated a small but amazing community. 10/10 worth being a part of. Melissa is such a dream! Always making me feel that no matter what level i will be doing for workout, i am strong! She's always motivating me (well all of us) with her infectious smile and positive affirmations! Even when i'm struggling, she'll take her time to reassure me, that i can do it and always is spot on with making sure i am doing this correctly so we don't get hurt!
