Crossfit Mid-County has been nothing short of amazing. Welcoming me in with open arms, pushing me past what I think my limits are, and challenging me in every class. It has been the push that was needed to get back on track.

Great place to workout no matter your experience level. I thought I need to be in good shape to do crossfit. I was wrong. No matter the workout there are modifications you can do to achieve a great workout.

I joined at the end of September and I absolutely love it. I love that the coaches are good at making sure you're being safe and have good form. Also I've learned anything can be modified to meet my own personal fitness level. Definitely would recommend.

My go to Crossfit box! The coaches are very attentive and diligent when showing new exercises or lifts. The comradery is absolutely amazing. For anyone that is interested, come try the community classes on saturday at 11am. You'll be hooked!

What a great box !! I am in town for training for the week and was able to join them for workouts !! Such a great community and very welcoming great workouts and coaching!!! Absolutely love working out here. Unlike any box I have ever been to. People are so welcoming, coaching is on point, and workouts are challenging but doable for everyone!

I went to the gym (the new place to socialize and text these days) before trying crossfit. I love crossfit. You don't have all of the people playing on their phones. The coaches so far have all been real helpful. It's a good place to go get in shape

I came all the way from Indiana and Mid-County treated me like family. Everyone wanted to know my name and story. They offered excellent coaching, encouragement and community. This gym is everything a CrossFit gym is supposed to be, I'll be back for sure!

If you want to get in shape, this is the place. I've never stuck with a workout routine in my life until now. I've been coming to CFMC regularly for 3 1/2 years. Every day there is something new, so no time to get bored. The coaches are all fantastic. They will work with you and scale any workout to your ability and encourage you to get better. Stronger everyday!

If you have been trying to find the right fit when it comes to a place to workout. I'd recommend CFMC. I'm 39 and trying to get back into shape. I needed a gym/box that would not just challenge me but keep me motivated enough to show up. The coaches and the members are awesome here. No matter the age or physical aptitude CFMC will change your life for the better.
