It was over 98 degrees and when I call I don’t receive the same service as others have listed below. I dealt with them last year and it took 4 techs and 3 repairs on a unit that at that time was less than 2.5 years old. At that time they suggested the maintenance plan to save some money and keep up with the service and functionality of the AC unit. They did not show up for my maintenance THEY SCHEDULED last October and didn’t bother to call me about it. I called to see if they were coming when it was at the end of the service appointment window. The same tech scheduled for that appointment is the same tech that spent 5 minutes at my home and did not do the maintenance then when it was supposed to have been done. None of the techs know what they are doing on their own. They are forever video chatting and calling the office for direction. If arrangements have been made for someone to let them in for you, they will not call you and tell you what they found. I’ve had 3 different “diagnoses” in the last week and a half and never received a final call and “diagnosis.” Nothing has been done, yet I had been told for my safety, after I sent a video of what was happening with the outside unit appearing to be short cycling with the pressure continuing to rise, that I needed to shut the unit off. I slept in the living room with an industrial sized ceiling fan on max and a floor fan blowing directly in my face until they could arrive the next day. The next day my neighbor let them in as I was working and said they left with the AC still off and said they’d call me. I did not receive a call and called the office several hours later when I had a break at work. The tech was curt when I asked why he left my home without calling me as this was in fact MY HOME. He said he told my neighbor he would call me but never said when. This was after I had called the office asking why he had left without notifying me etc. They said the tech would call within 5 minutes. 2 hours later I’m calling the office again. That night they brought portable units. I went out of town and my neighbor said he would let them in if/when it was needed as I had been told it would be several days to 2 weeks until I would have it repaired because the associate that orders the parts just didn’t do it that entire day. I received a call while I was traveling asking if they could send their lead tech to my home to do the maintenance run (that was to be done previously and was not, yet the tech spent less than five minutes examining and “repairing” and I spent over $300 for that.) My neighbor let the tech in and said the tech ran the maintenance and could not find anything wrong. All of the techs are quick to talk down about the other techs and I have never been impressed with anyone, nor the manager/owner. That tech did not call me AT ALL and left the portable units in my home. I came home to find one of the units had fallen from the window where it had been taped and the paint had been ripped off the window sill. I received a text on Tuesday asking when I would like the tech to come pick up the portable units. I said the next day and was about to call the office to find out what was going on because I received no call. I also asked why the tech didn’t take them with him before he left if “there was nothing wrong” instead of inconveniencing me further. She apologized for the inconvenience and said nothing about the damage. She said the tech called me and left a message with details. I rechecked my missed and received calls along with my voicemails and there was none. Again this is MY HOME, and I am the one who should have been given the details, not my neighbor. I was told someone would be by today at 2pm to pick up the portables. They did not show up on time. Look elsewhere. Less

I can’t thank The Peace Team enough! You guys are the best! From the minute I called at almost 7pm, until finished. I came home to no air and was mad at myself for not contracting someone sooner to take care of our air conditioning/heating needs. I appreciate you so much for being able to come out within the hour. A big kudos to Tim! No doubt he’s a true asset to Peace. As hot as it is, let along sure he’d already been working all day. He was so nice and kept a smile. You guys will always have our business.
