I have been lifting on/off for about 20 years and have always been self taught. I really had no discomfort(until it left me today, I guess I just got used to it over the years), no injuries, but was curious to get another look at my technique. Today I scheduled a form check with Carlo. I immediately saw improvement in all 4 lifts I had asked to be reviewed. Right now the only tension I feel is the weight and the muscles that are used to support the lift and used for the lift. I have more stability, range of motion, and fluidity in all of the lifts. I didn't realize there was discomfort until I learned these new techniques. This is truly a major shift in my weight lifting journey. I had to leave after the session for a time commitment, returned later, and had my best deadlift session. It was 45 minutes long and the reason I quit was due to proper exhaustion, which was new for me. In the past I had X reps/sets in mind but just wanted to get through them and go home. Today I was enjoying it, no goal in mind, just keep going until my muscles began to get lazy. I could keep blabbing on and if I could, I would give this gym more stars. This place is great. It's a gym through and through. Price was right, sign up wasn't like buying a used car, come and go 24 hours. I've had more gym memberships than a man should, but this is money well spent.

Absolutely worth going on my trip to Vegas from Georgia. Met one of the owners, Jay, and he could not have been nicer. Facility looks sick. Strongman equipment, slingshots, specialized bars. A smoothie bar. All the people there, workers and members, were all super nice. 10/10, would recommend.

I have been a member for a few months and I typically go later at night. The equipment is primarily free weights of a high quality and the space seems catered for people who genuinely enjoy exercise. It’s family owned and even though I haven’t had any issues, it is comforting to know that when I call, the person who answers the phone is probably one of the owners. I did squats last night for the first time since gyms closed for quarantine and even though I have only been a member since the beginning of the year, it seems like they are constantly updating the gym with new equipment and quality of life changes that made an excellent gym even better. I was referred to this gym by a friend who trains primarily in strength based sports and from what I understand, there’s a community of strength athletes who regularly meet which in itself is unusual and a breath of fresh air in this era of big box gyms that do not have the same community feel. I say this too because even my first week there another member graciously helped me with my bench form in a way that wasn’t rude and actually kind and extremely informative. This is reassuring because as anyone knows, exercise runs a number risks where the probability of getting injured is vastly reduced when you learn proper form. The memberships are month-to-month but I think I plan on staying for a long while. Thank you Smash!! Less

This gym is the best! Was always nervous about having a personal trainer, but everyone makes you feel so comfortable I don’t even worry. I’ve been seeing James 2 times a week now and it’s been one of my best decisions yet. He’s super smart and really takes his time with the workouts to make sure you’re doing them correctly. Defiantly recommend this place!!

best gym in veags hands down no ego or drama from other members, all staff very helpful and it's for everybody. They have one on one personal training for everything you can imagine. Do not hesitate to stop in and see what it's all about, and they are expanding same location just way bigger and better if you can imagine that!!!
