James is an excellent trainer providing a well structured class routine. He keeps it interesting and challenging every week with variations that target specific fitness goals each week.

One place had a great community. The other had great programming. J3 is like those two gyms merged and produced this type of place. A place where everyone is welcoming, the workouts are challenging, and there's no drama. The owners of J3 also actually care about their members. To the point that they check up on you if you tend to disappear for a week, which is sometimes needed as we all tend to just slip from time to time. However, they also push you out of your comfort zone for each workout. If you think you're going to skate by with an easier scale, it's not going to happen. The coaches will notice and "fix" your weights and scalings. And, people like me need that push. It's why I go. It's why I mix this in with home workouts and my boxing. Because working out at home is fine, but it will rarely ever get me to push myself to the next level. J3 will always push me to be better. To do better. This is a great, super clean local Box equipped with lots of care & passion on behalf on the owners. The WODs were tough but manageable, which is a winning combination of CrossFit :). James and Timmy are incredibly knowledgeable on exercising. Additionally, they can scale workouts down to accommodate anyone from a seasoned CrossFitter to a beginner trying to learn the ropes. I have been helped immensely as a direct result of their expertise and encouragement. I highly recommend joining J3.

Great coaches positive environment , really enjoyed my first work out.

Great atmosphere, very friendly and the guys let you work within your physical limitations. Sal is now doing handstands in the bedroom (�) and the boys help keep an old guy in shape for the marathon. Definitely recommend J3 to anyone. Stay young, keep fit & healthy.
