5 star excellent service! This company and their team are professional, very kind and extremely trustworthy. I used them like 6 years when my house got a case of bed bugs after quite a bit of travelling, and with just one heat treatment-- they completely resolved the problem. Today, six years later, I called Jim and his staff freaking out and requesting an emergency appointment because I was paranoid that they came back via our luggage after more flying/hotel stays, and he sent a technician out right away. The technician was super nice and inspected both bedrooms and every inch of the mattress, room crevices, etc and he reported that there was NO bed bugs and he didn't charge for the inspection even though I wanted to pay him. For the record, I would have paid for another heat treatment if they said there was bugs -- the fact that this is a pest control service that is HONEST is priceless. If they provide a service to you, they do a great job but they don't try to sell unnecessary products/treatments even to a paranoid, insect-phobic person like myself. I'm extremely impressed with them. They are really compassionate and I'm sure I seemed like a crazy person on the phone, but they responded with kindness, calm, and just excellent service. Thank you guys so much, you are 100% the company I will call for any type of disgusting bug problem!!!!
