Friendly staff & patrons really supportive atmosphere

Yesterday Sacramento's heat was 113 degree's. This morning at 8:00 a.m. there was no air conditioning on just fans. I am a paying member $24.95 a month at Lifestyle and I expect the air to be turned on before 8:00 a.m so it is comfortable to workout.

I joined Lifestyle gym earlier this year as part of my beginning journey of training as a fitness competitor and it has been amazing!! Staff there are so welcoming and accommodating, they do good in the community, it’s clean, not ever crowded, and they have all of the strength training equipment you could ever need! I was 68;wheni I started with Sean a year ago. I hadn't exercised in decades. In this year, my cholesterol has dopped to below levels requiring medication, my heart rate has improved and i have lost( and kept off) weight. I have been a member since 2011, it's a small gym- no frills. Cardio area, weights, strength machines. It has a little stretching area and optional suntan room. It can get pretty packed depending on the time of day you go. The bathrooms, at least the male bathroom, could use more upkeep.

This is where my personal trainer works. He's the best ever and we work out 3 times a week. If you want the best trainer in the world, ask for Jason. Decent gym, great for the price, the only complaint is the cleaning, is it clean? Yes. But there is no need to spray chemicals every half hour, when theres people in the bathroom. It is suffocating, and Im not super sensitive to smells either, but it burns your nose and throat.

This is a great place to work out. Clean, plenty of machines, and no judgement.

Gym has what I need and nothing more. No amenities means low prices. The fact I can bring a friend with my VIP membership is a huge plus

I've been going to this gym for a week and a half now and I love it. It's a great place to get a quick decent workout. I always feel safe and comfortable. This is by far one of the best gyms overall i have ever been to. plus the price is crazy low and in my budget.

This gym rocks. Only have been going here for a few months and I'm very impressed. Great equipment , helpful personal trainers and great staff. They constantly have specials going making it even easier and cheaper to join. You would be a fool for not joining this gym.

Club is brand new looking for being 13 years old! Can't beat how great they are and clean it is for $10 a month!

The people are always extremely welcoming and very helpful with any questions I might have about the equipment. I tan here as well and the bed is by far the best one I have use before.

I have been a member for 7 years now and love it! I work with Suzanne and i can honestly say that she the best trainer i have worked with by far. The club is always clean and the staff is phenomenal. They are always willing to help out with anything i need. I higly recommend this club!

Been apart of a lot of gyms and this one is by far the best one I've belonged to! Super clean and friendly, the staff goes above and beyond to help you with anything you have questions about and are very knowledgeable about the equipment in the gym.

This place is where you go to get a good workout in and get on with life. Staff is friendly. Club is clean. Good people all around. Best gym in town for sure. They have tanning, kids room, and I always bring in a guest with my plan. So stop reading and go lift.
