I love Luxe Salon! I scheduled an appointment with Anh for her to do something spectacular with my mop of hair in preparation for my 50th High School Reunion in two weeks. I've been coloring my hair myself for 30+ years. It was over-processed, brittle, and felt just like straw and I could not stand the yellow color any longer. I highly recommend Kirsten for any med spa services at Luxe. She is very knowledgeable about the services she provides and patiently answers any questions you may have. The IPL treatment lasted 5 minutes, I did not receive a proper explanation of the procedure, and I arrived home without any change in my face. I think I wasted my money. I do not recommend this spa.

Went here to get balayage and a haircut last week. When I got home after my appointment, I noticed there were areas in my hair not colored as they should be. I scheduled another appointment to get the color fixed (just adding in more highlights where parts of my hair were SUPER dark when pulled up.) They happily scheduled the appointment to fix the color and then charged me AGAIN for color that I already paid for last week! My cut was also choppy (I get a fairly short cut) so I had to go to my old hair dresser in Dickinson to fix my cut. In totaly, I spent over $400 for my hair and would 10000% never recommend this place. Terrible customer service. Edited to add: all I wanted was one specific area blended better as the color was straight across. I have a pic but can't figure out how to post it. I did ask for balayage. And then I asked for that section to be blended better. I never asked for highlights. In fact, when I checked out the first time, the lady putting in the charges was confused on what to charge because my stylist said highlights instead of balayage. The first time it was ok, however on my stylists advice I didn't do a shadow root because I wanted to try and blend my highlights better with my natural color. Unfortunately the color didn't last beyond two weeks near my root, leaving it blocky. I went back a second time for full highlights and a shadow root/tone two months later. The highlight color was pretty but there was no dimension to the color, no highlights stood out and it was all just one color. Then when applying the shadow root, I asked for a baby root, just dabbing. My stylist put a 1.5 in root on my hair. Once all washed, I saw that the root was golden. I specifically requested an ashy blonde look for my hair with an ashy blonde root to naturally blend my already darker blonde hair. The body of my hair was all one color, ashier blonde while my root was gold. I questioned her while she was applying it and she assured me it was a tiny root. It was not, it was at least 1.5 in of straight gold blonde hair on top of ashy blonde body of hair. She claimed it was the same formula that I had given her from my favorite hairstylist in Florida. I expected her to correct me and not blindly follow the formula if the brands didn't match up as I am not a hair stylist myself and do not know the formulas and what they stand for. She swore it was an ashy blonde root but it was definitely not. I have never been unhappy with a hairstylist doing my hair and like to keep it low maintenance but I was clearly not happy. The only remedy she suggested was purple shampoo. No, it's not going to magically change this bright gold root into an ashy blonde root with just some shampoo. I had her redo the root but it didn't blend properly and give me the look I was hoping for and requested. There's no way that ashy blonde hair goes with a gold blonde root. It looked ridiculous but she didn't offer any remedy. I would like a partial refund at the very least but that was not offered even though I was clearly unhappy with my hair especially since I now had to wear it to Thanksgiving dinner with family. I was excited to find a nice salon but I do not recommend this salon at all. They didn't listen to my simple request and didn't offer any solutions when I clearly hated my hair. I had to get it fixed by my hair stylist back in Florida and she felt so bad I had to wear my hair like that for the holidays and my engagement proposal. I'm just sad I'm out 250 dollars for a bad color job. the search continues for a good hairstylist. Less

Unfortunately, I have to write a one star review for Luxe. I had a regular stylist who did a good job but wanted to try something new. I had shown my stylist the picture in the left as to what I wanted, and specifically said no orange or red please, just blonde or ash highlights, and lots choppy layers to my hair. My hair did not come out like the photo but it looked okay and the stylist told me to try some purple shampoo once a week and it would make it better. I had never used purple shampoo before, and I used it for a few weeks along with purple conditioner and a purple mask. The brass toned down a bit but the highlights remained orange. I felt like it wasn’t right that I spent so much money and my hair was like this, so I tried to call the salon today to ask if they can tone it down and fix the haircut which didn’t have the layers to it either. Whoever called me back told me that their policy was they could only do it within three days and a max of seven. I told her I could send pictures but she said that was their policy, and that I would have to pay for a color and cut again because it had been almost a month. I spent $200 (including a 15% first time customer discount and tip) which is more than my previous stylist charges me at regular price. She has never questioned anything if I needed a correction with the highlights. My stylist was nice but I can’t believe this is how this business is with their customers. Less

I have been contemplating reviewing this Spa but every time I look in the mirror I dislike what I see. Today I finally made the decision to leave a review. Luxe Salon was recommended by a relative but the stylist she recommended didn’t take new clients and she (the stylist) recommended two others. I reviewed both stylists work and chose one but she completely messed up the haircut. The picture I showed was neck length across with another shorter layer at ear level. What I ended up with was a bob cut VERY short in the back center and longer on the side at ear level. I gave her benefit of the doubt. At least cut was clean although completely different style. I made an appointment for highlights but then I got a call that she left the salon and they recommended a ‘senior’ stylist. She was very nice. I liked the highlight (although my hair is very dry and more frizzy now). She tried to do me a favor and correct the first haircut after I showed her the photo. She grabbed the front section of my hair on right and put the scissors through. I ended up with a VERY short side (less than an inch) that I can’t control it in any way. I can’t even tuck it behind my ear. I am very frustrated. I am starting a new job in couple weeks and have the worse look ever. I have NEVER had such awful experience. The second stylist didn’t even acknowledged how she messed up the cut and kept saying it looked good. She thought she was doing me another favor but not charging me for fixing the cut (!). And coloring my eyebrows. I don’t like to receive free service and insisted on paying for my eyebrows anyway but she didn’t accept it. I arrived and they began to do my hair the girl started doing the style I wanted and COULD NEVER figure out how to do it even though they told me previously weeks before even coming they could. It was horrendous and they could tell I absolutely was irritated and that I hated what they had done it looked like a cow chew up my hair and then they hair sprayed my hair so much it didn't even look presentable for prom. Then the owner did my makeup let's begin by saying that she had no idea of what she was doing. I have a yellow undertone and the make up looked so dusty on me the make up is $60 Mac is $50-$60. Mac is very good make up and not CHEAP. This was drug store make up I'll give it to them they had their little airbrush system and that's what she used directly on my skin without using the machine... I've never seen a "makeup artist" that charged $60 for cheap makeup applications. She used NYX and elf products and had a small variation of lipsticks. She was so amazed with my Kat Von D lipstick I let her used on me and she applied it on wrong so I did it. You could tell that she never seen real good make up products the eyebrows she did on me were so waxy I felt them on my face. I'm a person that does my own make up pretty good I'm no expert but I work with hair dressers and real make up artists that have are licensed to do those things. They literally played with my face and hair. Oh and she said " I'll give you a $10 off for the lashes, they're usually $20 but since you didn't like your hair it's ok". I'm not a moron I looked at the website I saw the prices and all and she had put bonding glue for eyelashes in my eye and all her make up messed up she didn't put mascara on me. Everything was done so unprofessionally. Will never go back ever again. I rushed home and washed my hair and makeup and redid everything and I looked great. Wasted my time on false information. Less

She felt like a princess and was treated like one by all the staff! They also talked to her like a "grown up" not a baby which kids LOVE and she cant get enough of it. You cant get her to go back anywhere else because after she got pampered by Ahn she feels just like her Mommy and is excited that Ahn cuts and styles mommy's hair too! For my daughter to get her hair done here is cheaper than snip-its and she gets her hair WASHED not spritzed, cut, styled, and DRIED so no kids walking out with wet hair that when it dries you notice it is uneven or ugly like a lot of other places. Ahn makes sure every thing is perfect before you leave and if you want any alterations during your hair cut don't be shy just let her know because she is more than happy to do so! You can let her know which colors you like and I always ask her which color she thinks best fits you just to get her opinion too. I get blond so I let her know how blond I want because some people don't like their blond as light as mine so its good to let her know what shade your talking about because every color has so many variations so its always good to let anyone know if you okay with going really dark or light depending on your style. Their prices are already amazing however they have specials going all the time plus there are coupons in Pearlands Best Magazine sometimes so you can get an extra discount if you want! My experience at Luxe has been great so far. I go to Saba who does eyebrow threading and i love her! She also did an amazing facial for me which definitely showed results the next day! I highly recommend Saba at Luxe.

I have been going to Saba for over two years and recently switched salons to follow her to Luxe. She also gives a great facial as well as other services. Seriously...go see Saba! I really like Luxe Salon and spa in Pearland!!! Saba that use to by at Aisha's in Pearland is now at Luxe Salon. She does a great job on my eyebrows.. The hair cut I received was very good, I thought the hair color was very good until the first time I washed my hair and all the color came off. I left a couple of messages to see if I could have it redone, but ?. Had to recolor my own hair. Recommended for cut and style, but not the color services if you have grey to hide.
