We had a major issue with terminating and receiving $ back from a previous supplemental Medicare company for a family member who had lived in Florida. When she moved to NJ from Florida, a new supplemental Medicare company was required. The family member signed up with the new company, but the previous Medicare company was still billing her. Hence, she was paying 2 premiums for a couple of months, After countless hours on the phone with the previous Company, and not receiving the correct amount of $ back, that was correctly due to family member, Gianna Fay initiated calls, merged us in, on multiple occasions, until we all understood the issue, and reached resolution. We are now hopeful that the issue will be resolved in the next few weeks. Thank you, Gianna, for your perseverance.
