I talked a bit about my driveway project then scheduled a quote for a few days later. Denise showed up right on time!! She did a great job working with me to fully understand what I was looking to do, offered some great suggestions, took me though their process then after some number crunching provided me with a very fair and reasonable quote.No pressure to close the deal.No pressure for a deposit.No pressure to "ACT NOW" before our schedule gets booked up. Just a cheerful "THANK YOU" for considering our company and guidance on how to move forward if I wanted to.I did my due diligence with getting other quotes. Some higher - some lower but no one impressed me as much as Denise did. You really gotta meet this lady. She is good at her job!!Getting on Cooper Paving's schedule was simple. One call, verbal commitment, agree on the install date (about 4 months out), sign the quote and send a picture of quote doc back to them. No deposit!!With the install date being 4 months after the quote date, I figured left plenty of time for the weather to mess with the schedule and push us back a few weeks. Not with the company. They showed up on the day agreed to 4 months back. The crew assigned to my home were awesome. They arrived right on time, met with me to confirm there understanding of the work then got to work very quickly. 4 hours later the job was done.Driveway looked great and the area around the work site was cleaned up nicely. They took me through the job site to confirm my satisfaction, made sure I understood the curing process and what to do to maintain the driveway.Jump ahead 1 month.....This driveway looks great!!! So happy I had Cooper Paving available to do this work. Super satisfied!!

4/29/2026 John Cooper Paving & Sealing replaced my driveway 2 weeks ago and I am very pleased with the job they did. I found them to be a very professional company in all my dealings with them. I first met Jackie last fall when she came out to inspect my driveway and evaluate the work that needed to be done. She gave me a very detailed proposal including the price for all the work to be done and a date when they could do the work in the spring. Denise contacted me a couple of weeks before the scheduled work date to confirm I was all set for them to come out and gave me an estimate of how long the work would take. They were right on time and had quite a crew of workers and equipment to do the job. They worked very efficiently and did a terrific job removing my old asphalt before they did the grading and compacting with new gravel before applying the new asphalt. They finished at the estimated time and cleaned up all tools and swept up and hosed down any area that needed cleaning. The last step was to put up the caution tape across the end of my driveway and to ask me to ensure the driveway was not used at all for three days. I highly recommend John Cooper for both their professional interactions with me and the expertise of their work. They had replaced friend of mine’s driveway a couple of years ago and he was very pleased with the job they did so he recommended them to me. I am also very happy to recommend them to anyone who could use their services.
