Kelvin was enormously helpful, he listened patiently to me whilst I outlined my circumstances and gave careful consideration to finding a range of solutions that best suited them. He couldn’t have been more approachable, and in that sense, less like a financial advisor than I could have imagined. I was able to ask him anything, no question was considered too foolish or too trivial. I was very grateful for this initial meeting and it has given me much to think about.
