Great gym, all good coaches they will kick your a$$ and help you meet your goals. My wife signed me up a year ago, been going ever since, 5:00am workouts are ideal to start the day.

My husband and I found this gym a couple of weeks after moving to Houston and we loved it since our first visit. The programming and coaching is great. The facility is in a great location with private parking lot that's great for running workouts. They also have plenty of equipment/barbells and weights. Everyone is super friendly and we look forward to working out every day.

I've been a member of CFE since 2016 and it my 2nd home. It's a great community of like-minded healthy people, working hard and having fun. If you like being challenged and achieving your fitness goals, this is probably the place for you! :)

The coaches here are so motivating and empowering. Intimidation factor out of 1-10 (10 being Brooke Ence, 1 being Roger Rabbit) 3; there is a healthy dose of competitiveness, and an extremely high amount of encouragement displayed in this box, by both the coaches and the members. All workouts are scale-able, and contrary to popular belief, scaling is encouraged to prevent injury... the coaches care about your technique and the programming is well maintained. The facility is clean, organized and well run. The coaches hold multiple certifications, and visibly have passion for what they do, they care about their athletes and only want to see them improve and encourage their athletes to push beyond their perceived capabilities. I was always skeptical about crossfit because friends would always talk me out of trying it. Two years ago I cancelled my gym memebership and joined CrossFit Equality, best decision everegarding made. I've gotten way stronger and my endurance has increase. CFE coaches are all great at keeping me motivated, helping me push myself, and finding what weight/scaled movements are right for ME! The WODs are super challenging but not scary like some boxes. The whole fit fam is super friendly and welcoming!

This place is awesome! Lots of good coaches and members that encourage everyone!

The coaching staff is great, the members are great. The amount of support and encouragement from coaching staff to other members, it really pushes me to better myself. I cannot recommend CrossFit Equality enough.

Great group of folks. Focused on the right things. Highly recommend this Box. Update: I've worked out here for two years now. CFE has really responded to the needs of their members. They've stepped up the programming and started a weightlifting club. There is something for every body at this place.

I know there's many boxes out there but I'm 100% positive they don't compare to CrossFit Equality! Greater place and awesome people!! Coaches motivate you and show suppor throughout the entire work out. Everyone is treated just like family.

Beautiful box.. very clean with plenty of equipment. WOD was fun, the coach was knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Ann is great & made us feel at home!
