This was my first time ever hiring a cleaning company, so I definitely did my research and reached out to multiple businesses before deciding who to go with. I needed a one-time clean of a studio before a new renter moved in, and Kare Teem stood out as one of the most affordable options while also being by far the most professional and communicative.There was a small scheduling mix-up where I was accidentally put down for the wrong day, but they handled it SO well. They immediately took responsibility, stayed in communication with me by phone and text, and were able to squeeze me in on the day I originally needed. I really appreciated how quickly and professionally they handled it.And most importantly, the cleaner did an amazing job! The studio looked great and I genuinely have zero complaints.even the shower had some stains that i didn’t know could be removed and she somehow made it look brand new. The entire experience from getting a quote to the finished cleaning was easy, professional, and affordable.10/10 experience. I’ll absolutely use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable cleaning company!

Recently visited my aunt and uncle in Agoura Hills and decided to gift them a clean from Kare Team bc their house had not been cleaned in several months and they not have the mobility they used to. Kare Team was timely, efficient, and did a tremendous job. My aunt/uncle were trhilled with all the results and couldn't believe how perfectly clean the kitchen looked! Thank you!!

Highly recommend Aurora, Nabor and Alejandra for a thorough housecleaning.Beware of the hidden policies and fees for cancellation and rescheduling. Ask about these policies before scheduling so you are not surprised later.The policies and fees are not viewable prior to scheduling. Once the cleaning is scheduled and you attempt to click on the Cancel or Reschedule button, this is the only time you will see these policies and fees.
