This was our first time using their hauling services and they were great. After texting pictures of the items (couch, 2 loveseats and some miscellaneous things) we were given a quote. We setup a time for the next day and he sent us a text to let us know when they were on the way. We had to take 2 doors off the hinges in the entrance to get one of the loveseats out the door and they did not hesitate to remove the doors and put them back on afterwards. They were respectful in my home and got rid of a bunch of heavy things quickly. I sent Ramona Junk Removal my project information (junk I wanted taken away) listing the items to be taken and also sent cell phone photos of the items (a large heavy 5 piece sectional couch, a water heater and an old large air compressor). In just a few minutes I received a call back and received a reasonable quote. While I had sent the information in the early afternoon, they said they were able to be here later the same day; and before arriving texted me to let me know when they were on the way here.
