Such a wonderful company. In the beginning there was a misunderstanding. They made it right which is very respectable and showed me that i was important as the customer! The true gem of the company is Dana. She is amazing. So professional but treated me as an individual. She was just so so wonderful. Would definitely highly recommend this company. Not only were their prices great with the customer service was fantastic. They were extremely responsive. The unit was clean. They placed it exactly where i asked. Locking system was secure and easy to use. Bin was clean on the outside and was presentable on the street. When we were done with the unit, oick up was flawless. Thank you to the company. All positive! We looked at other companies for a portable unit and they were quick to respond, kept it simple, bending over backwards to make it work for us. Jonathan delivered the unit and was professional, explained everything clearly, and has a great sense of humor ;) Tom was so helpful to accommodate us when we needed to keep the unit a couple more weeks after we had informed them we needed it removed. Excellent, responsive and knowledgeable customer service each and every time we called or texted. In particular, Jonathan, who handles things in our area was exceptional! Prompt, polite, communicative, knowledgeable, highly skilled at what he does and a pleasure to deal with no matter what the request! Haven't seen customer service like this for a while, anywhere, let alone with a company handling long distance moves and storage.
