Was quoted repair and or replacement cost over phone, arrive 2 weeks later to drop off phone and was told they couldn't repair cameras on iPhone after X model and the phone was un-repairable, should probably just throw it away. Took my iPhone to get the screen replaced. The person helping me was nice and personable. He estimated the phone to take 1.5 hours minutes, and it took an hour. Put on a screen protector for me. No complaints! Great service.

Everything went as good as could be expected. The battery was ordered and came in a week and then the replacement was done in an hour while I waited. Ramon is very good.

I got a quote on the website and over the phone of like $90 to $100 but when I took it in to get fixed the dude in there said it would be like $130. I was like ok whatever and let them fix it. When I went to pick it up a different guy was there and he rang me up and gave the original price. I don’t know why the other guy felt like he could try and scam me.

Brought in my badly damaged samsung a52, there was a minor mix up on parts but it was well handled and resolved very quickly and my phone is now like new again! Ill reccomend these folks every time and will take any of my broken gadgets to them for quick fixing.

Idk if they didn’t like me personally or what the issue was, as most of their reviews are good, but then again most people don’t take them laptops either. Idk why they adverstise as a laptop repair service at all, or why they handled me the way they did. I never write reviews like this but it was disgusting and infuriating how poorly they went about not only not following up with me, but never fixed anything and refused to ever take accountability or even just give a sincere apology. The second time they told me they needed a charger to work on it, and they totally could’ve bought a 5/10$ pc charger and just fixed it, but instead never called me and when I finally called they acted like they told me to bring a charger and they never said that. I really hate leaving such a scathing review, but if I could I’d give 0 stars or negative stars. Josh is a great guy, idk what happened here or what was wrong but I’ll be telling everyone I know around baylor and the center area to not come here, especially with a laptop. Maybe they’re better with Mac’s or maybe they just didn’t like me , again idk what the issue was here but really left me feeling angry and now I’ve lost all this time I could’ve used to get it fixed. I took my iPhone 6s to get the screen repaired twice. This phenomenon called "ghost tapping" on the iPhone reoccurred every time they installed a new display and digitizer. Unfortunately the warranty has expired, leaving me with a dysfunctional iPhone.

They repaired my Galaxy s6 fast and it works perfectly. The only thing that bothered me was that they didn't use parts from Samsung. My phone no longer says Samsung in front where it is supposed to.

I went to the Valley Mills location, right near the LakeAir & ValleyMills intersection, across from Wendy's fastfood. I had a badly cracked screen on my iPhone. The employee was friendly and helpful He explained all of my options to me. They promised service in about 1 hour and followed through on that promise. I am planning to bring my other devices in for repair there as well.

They "fixed" my Nexus 5 screen but the front facing camera stopped working. I've been there 4 times trying to get this resolved and each time they tell me to come back later. Then I found out that the screen they put on has a dead pixel. Beyond frustrated at this point. OK customer service but a terrible place to get your phone fixed. I would not recommend.
