I week ago, i needed the exterior of my house repainted so I browsed the internet looking for a contractor. I found Melvin's contracting services and since they are close to where i live, i decided contact them. I send a request thru their website for a quote and within minutes I receive a reply and got a scheduled to do the estimate. Melvin is very responsive thru out the process. Since I’m on HOA, Melvin provided me with the license and insurance information the same day. The whole process only took 3 days. I called them 1/14, meet the next day to do the estimate. On 1/16 they started the paint job and got everything done by 1/24. I have 2 other contractors that did some work at my house and compared to the other contractors, Melvin’s Contracting Services did the best work. I am very pleased with the job Melvin and his Dad did painting the exterior of my house. They gave a very fair estimate and stuck to it. They have good insurance coverage and a 5 year guarantee. Prompt each day taking in consideration poor weather conditions. Also pressure washed the driveway for a good price. I highly recommend this company!

Carlos Painting Scpecialuists painted the interior of our home. They were punttual and on schedule. The job was of high quality and we were very satisfied. In addition, they were courteous and freindly. Very receptive to our needs.

Contacted Carlos and he came right out and gave me an estimate. We scheduled a date for the work. The crew showed up on time and they finished the entire interior in a day and half. He also explained the type of paint currently on the house was the wrong kind and what was causing the mildew. He power washed the house, then painted it and it looks great 6 months later. No mildew! My house sustained some minor paint damage from a fallen tree. Carlos fixed it for free! And quickly! Less

You may want to avoid this company. It took a lot prompting and supervision to get a decent paint job completed. They did not paint in areas where they thought there would not be an inspection. They finally painted the areas when they were ask to do it. They cleaned their paint sprayer and equipment on our front lawn!

This company painted my old house about 5 years ago and did an excellent job. Dont know what happened but I would never hire them again! Last time the owner actually had a real crew. This time he showed up with two young men slightly out of their teens ( his son and nephew) and I do believe they were just learning to paint. I have layers and layers of paint slapped onto my house, excessive paint runs all over, paint on the windows and brick, they didnt bother to cover the nail pops, fill any cracks. They literally did nothing but slap paint on the house. .....I even have paint inside the windows in the tracks and on my wood blinds! It is probably the worst paint job I've ever seen.
