I’ve heard incredible things about this place but honestly wrote it off because I couldn’t wrap my head around there being good food in Deltona/DeLand, let alone good Indian food. Well, I was proven wrong last night.I looooove a lamb korma, but after trying five different Indian restaurants throughout Orlando and East and West Volusia and being disappointed every single time, I decided to play it safe and order chicken tikka masala as back up. But OMG, the korma? Phenomenal. The lamb was incredibly tender, and the sauce was perfectly rich and flavorful. My only complaint would be the spice level. I ordered medium thinking, “First time, let’s play it safe.” Nope, zero spice.Unfortunately, the chicken tikka masala disappointed me. The sauce was a little thin, and it honestly tasted like someone accidentally poured sugar instead of spices. Way too sweet, which is interesting bc korma tends to be the sweeter one of the two.That being said, the lamb korma alone was good enough to bring me back. Just spicer.

Everything is perfect! Give it a try. I really love the Gobi manchurian best. The service is consistent and everyone who works there actually cares if you like the food.Also, is your spice sensitive, they have traditional fried chicken wings and plain handmade naan bread with choices like butter paneer where you can get a buttery flavor instead of spice. I have also tried the vegetable biryani with extra raisins and fried onions on top which is my absolute favorite with a side of raita. You can eliminate those toppings of you like and add meat because everything is customizable.If you like a lot of kick, run over and pickup a yummy chicken Rogan Josh or some tandoori styles. I highly recommend the Paneer Tikka. Their menu is so big and includes many vegetarian styles and all types of meat dishes including goat, lamb, chicken, fish, calamari. Not to mention, handmade deserts and bread.We tried the Mango ice cream and took a pistachio home with us. The flavor was immersive! The taste was divine. The experience was even better sitting at the bar watching the World Cup Drinking a nice cold imported Indian beer.

We love ordering from here. We have tried many different dishes and have not been disappointed in any. My family have now found their favorites and love when we order take out from here. Every person I have ever spoken with when picking up the food has always been very friendly. Great flavors and great smells. Glad we have this place in Deltona.

Place was so good im posting this almost a full year after I went, I dont have a great deal of Indian cuisine knowledge but I know this was the best ive had so far in my life
