I went to Mr Chef with a friend and honestly… it feels like a hidden gem in Deltona!As soon as we walked in, the customer service stood out right away. The two young guys at the front were so kind and welcoming—it just felt good to be there. I’m big on customer service, and they really nailed it.The food was sooo good. Somehow they made vegetables and tofu taste amazing (which is not always easy lol). I loved the mango lassi, and the tofu dish we got—it had this orange sauce—was seriously delicious.I also liked how it felt very family-oriented and comfortable, not stuffy at all. I’ll definitely be going back with my family and trying more things next time.For now, I can just say I really enjoyed it and I’m glad we found it!

Our first time. Tandoori wings were delicious. There is a dry slaw that they are served on that takes on a char flavor. The homemade bread and homemade dipping sauce are a meal all on their own. There are so many delicious entrees its hard to choose. We were taken well care of by the owner and our server. This is probably the best restaurant in Deltona. We will be regulars.

As someone who truly misses the level of food at Gandhi Cafe on Bleecker Street, I was skeptical—especially looking at the location. But like they say, you can never judge a book by its cover. I would never have guessed that this spot would match the quality and authentic taste of the elite Indian cuisine I’m used to from NYC.The food and the vibe here fill that void perfectly. The moment I saw they had the red onion for the samosas, I was hooked immediately; it’s those small, authentic details that let you know the kitchen actually knows what they’re doing. The spice profiles are deep and well-balanced, providing that specific soul and heat that is usually missing from Central Florida's dining scene. If you’re looking for a place that prioritizes flavor and precision over a flashy exterior, this is the best Indian cuisine I've found in the area.
