Adding an epoxy coating to our garage floor, we needed to store garage contents for a couple of weeks. I originally looked at the company named Pods, but the reviews were fairly marginal. I looked further and found Units. I'd never heard of them, but they had much better reviews and the fellow I talked to on the phone (Tony) was friendly and helpful, so I chose them.I rented an 18' pod for a month, and it worked out great. The pod was delivered to my driveway two days after I ordered it, and it was picked up yesterday. Cost was very reasonable, and as the online reviews suggested, the service was great. I got a window of time for both pickup and delivery, and they texted me a much more precise time the day of the delivery (and pickup). I even got an active map showing me the location of the truck when it left their Livermore facility, so I knew exactly where it was and when it would be at my house. The pod was clean and it served the purpose very well. Both delivery and pickup drivers were very friendly, and they had fancy remote-control equipment to place the pod exactly where I wanted it. I was genuinely pleased with every aspect of my experience with Units, and I recommend them without the slightest hesitation.

Your driver was awesome, kind, courteous, respectful he is an asset to your company. They were much better priced than their competitors. They worked with me when my HOA said the pod couldn’t be in my parking spot after the HOA said it could be in my parking spot. They were just wonderful people and great to work with. I highly recommend them over anyone else.
