Great gym with great people. Always challenging workouts. I love how each exercise if fully explained before the workout. All of the gym members are encouraging and supportive of an old guy trying slow the aging and aching process.
I am 75 and was having balance problems on top of being out of shape. A.J. has been working with me for over a month and I can see a great improvement. She is patient and caring about anything I need to talk about. I know that I can get back into shape with her help. She is a energizer bunny.

Amazing gym. I’m new to group fitness and all the coaches do a great job of making sure you feel comfortable, know what you are doing, and don’t overwork yourself straight out the gates. Lots of one on one coaching even while doing group work. So happy I joined and highly recommend it to anyone looking to jump into group workouts.
This gym is the best I’ve experienced in St Pete. Good gyms have quality, genuine people and great programming but don’t usually have both like this gym does. The culture is a credit to the awesome owners and I’m very thankful I found this place. Give it a shot, you won’t regret it
I’ve been at GOF for over a year. I really love this gym and the coaches. It’s a tight crew that is involved with helping each other, but also reaching out to others in the community. I am grateful to have found them in my extensive search for a place that is passionate about wellness and its members.

I can’t recommend Game of Fitness enough. Brad and Rachael (the owners) have built such an amazing gym community that not only keeps members accountable and consistent, but also encourages them to strengthen and move towards more advanced exercises, safely. On a personal note, I’ve been working out with Brad for 7 years now and the improvement I’ve seen in my confidence, my strength, and my mental wellbeing is mostly owed to Brad’s programming and the constant encouragement from both him and Rachael. Their level of care goes above and beyond to make sure each member of this gym is getting exactly what they need out of the programming. If I’ve ever had any kind of injury, Brad has always modified workouts to accommodate, if I ever fall out of my gym routine, he personally reaches out to motivate me to get back into it. The rest of the team reflects the same level of care as they do. With any workout, good form is the focus. The programming is a blend of strength and conditioning and meets members exactly where they are – whether they’re just getting started on their fitness journey, or ready to take on a CrossFit competition. This is a fantastic facility. The group classes are awesome and incredibly challenging yet fun. The people who workout here are really welcoming and friendly, and the instructors are excellent. I’ve been doing personal training sessions with Mike for ~6 weeks. I learn something new every session, and the results are noticeable.

Brad's programming always makes for an awesome workout, whether it's conditioning, strength or stamina day. It is also the only gym I've ever been where they consistently correct form and take the time to work with you individually to address any injuries or weaknesses and give you guidance on how to fix them. From the first day I came into the gym, Brad took the time to correct my squat form and explain how it affected my knees/hips. Since then, both he and Rachel have continued to make sure I'm performing all movements correctly. They are also great at providing modifications for any movement. We recently moved back to St Pete, joined Game of Fitness, and we are enjoying every minute. I personally have had some back and shoulder issues stemming from a bad fall in 2003. I’ve been to multiple doctors, massage therapists, chiropractors, physical therapists, you name it. When I started with Brad and Rachael, I told them all the things I could not do due to my past injury. They modified workouts for me every time, but encouraged me to strengthen my problem areas rather than just, “put a bandaid on them”, like all the past doctors, therapists, etc had done. Brad and Rachael gave me specific exercises to do at the gym and at home, which helped a lot. When I started personal training with Rachael, we worked even harder on strengthening those areas and I can’t believe I’m saying this, but I’m pretty sure they fixed me!!!! Working with the coaches at Game of Fitness has made a tremendous impact on my day to day life. I honestly thought I would live with pain for the rest of my life, but Game of Fitness has changed things up for the better for me. Not only am I getting stronger every day, but I’m enjoying the vibe so much at this gym. GOF offers not only fitness but a feeling of belonging and togetherness that I have never felt at any other gym. Classes are kept small, which is so incredibly wonderful (even more so today). Most gyms pack them in, max capacity in small group fit rooms. GOF sees each member as an individual, with individual needs and they tailor workouts to each member. They care deeply about helping their members along on their fitness journey. My wife and I tried this gym out about 6 months ago and have been going 5-6 days a week ever since. Great personalized attention. Different workouts every day focused on strength and conditioning. Fantastic gym, the programming is well planned and effective. The owners/staff are great coaches and take pride in form/technique. They have a close knit member community. I am very happy here and would recommend GOF to anyone looking to get in shape.
Can say enough great things about this gym. Brad and Rachel are fantastic trainers. The workouts are never repetitive, always challenging and make you want to come back for more. If you are looking to start training or need a change in your training regiment give them a try.

Super welcoming and friendly gym where form is more important than putting up weight. Rachael and Brad know the human anatomy better than any trainers I’ve worked with and it shows.

Personal Training with Rachael at Game of Fitness is amazing! I came to her completely out of shape and lacking motivation. Now, I am stronger, crave going to the gym, and like feeling “the good kind of sore”. This studio is clean and the people there make you feel welcome. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone.
