I wanted to help my mum order a specific mobility scooter (brand new) after doing online research to find the correct one for her needs. Found the details of a few dealers within our local area and then chose East Midlands Mobility after reading their online reviews. I am more than relieved to say that the reviews were completely spot on. From the very first moment of walking through the door the team were nothing but warm, welcoming and friendly. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Within an hour of receiving order confirmation I had another email to confirm lead times and to check that this was still suitable. It was so refreshing to actually be made to feel valued as a customer. I would absolutely not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone, it’s only a shame that I can’t give higher than a 5* review!

Must admit I was a little apprehensive when I got in touch with East Midlands Mobility Ltd. You never know how people will treat you and the condition of second-hand scooters. Must say I had nothing to worry about. All staff were very friendly. Showed and explained all available to me. Easy making payment. Delivery next day. The mobility scooter arrived on time. I have only used it three times so far but very comfortable. Battery seems to have a lot of life in it which is always my main concern. Thanks, East Midlands Mobility team for making me mobile again.
