I use Elite primarily as an airport service to SFO when I am traveling for work. The drivers are great - safe drivers, good communication, and reliable. The cars are clean and comfortable. We used Elite Excursions for our wedding day in Santa Rosa. Our venue required shuttles for all 140 guests in and out and while we were a little nervous about this all running smoothly, we were so thankful to the Elite Excursions team for making this a success for us. This was our second outing with Elite Excursions and they bring their A-game every time! From the initial conversation with Jodi, their friendly and super efficient coordinator, you know you are in good hands. Our driver this time, Mike, was calm and professional, even when the route took us up a steep Mayacamas road. Our driver the last time, Bryon, was also the consummate professional, despite our AirBnB being high up in the Sonoma hills. Great communication leading up to the day, pick-up and transport was on time throughout, and car was great for our group of 6.Driver Mike was the MVP of the day. He packed the car with plenty of waters, recommended a lunch place (great taco truck in Kenwood), and also helped us move a tasting reservation since our group was running late in the afternoon. And he took tons of pictures for us all day. 10/10 service

Elite Excursions was great!! I cannot recommend them enough! They were great to work with - from the planning phase to the wine tasting day, they were very communicative and kind. Everything was as described, from the price to the vehicle to the amenities included, and Sergio was a fantastic driver. Not to mention that Elite’s price was the best of all of the companies I contacted prior to them, so they will be my first call next time!
