This is a good service for listing on MLS for a reasonable fee. As a "for-sale-by-owner", the response I got from the MLS listing was far greater than that of the main online real estate sites. Offering the buyer's agent a 3% commission seemed to drive a lot of buyers my way and was able to handle the sale myself from the seller's side.

Even when we had questions/needs that I believe were outside the scope of the services we had purchased Greg was right there to guide us onto the next step of the process. Additionally, in our case it was a cash deal that had no realtor involved on either side of the transaction which left us in completely foreign waters without a compass. Greg provided that compass and the results have exceeded all expectations.
