I felt the need to leave a review because when I set up my first appointment, I told her I lived far away. I could only get there about once a month, and they seemed OK with it. I paid $175 new patient fee for them to tell me if I can’t get there twice a week they can’t help me as it won’t be beneficial, so I really feel like I wasted that money. $175 is a lot for me to spend and I wish they would’ve told me this in the beginning before showing up! I’m not happy about this obviously as I needed this info before showing up and paying. What is a thermal scan going to help me with when I can’t afford to come twice a week and definitely can’t afford once a week in gas? Such a bummer! These doctors are something else! I’ll tell ya! I come in and the atmosphere is totally chill with reggae music playing. If I was to rate this establishment from bummer to totally awesome, I would say totally awesome!!! So awesome in fact my whole family comes to this practice. I went through PT, consulted with a Spine Dr., and saw a couple other chiropractors. Dr. Niki’s knowledge and approach to Chiropractoc care is the only thing that FINALLY relieved my constant back pain. I’ve also seen improvement in my headaches, upper back pain, stress, and psoriasis! She truly helps the whole body. So thankful to have found her!! Dr's Nikki and Bethany always listen to everything you say and ask questions to make sure they understand what is happening in your body. I just wanted to take a minute to rave about my chiropractor and her clinic, Restore Chiropractic. I started going about 6 weeks ago, and I have made some amazing progress with my neck and back pain. Within 2 weeks I was able to sleep on my back again, something I hadn't been able to do in 3 or 4 years. I could barely lay on my back for more than a couple of minutes before the pain would be unbearable. My favorite thing about Restore Chiropractic, and Dr. Niki Pearson and Dr. Bethany Cannon, is that their first and foremost concern is making you feel better, and have a better quality of life. They go over your plan with you beforehand, and lay out the number of treatments they're recommending, and what that all will cost. There are no surprises, and they work with you on figuring out the financial part. I have been going to Restore for about 9yrs & they have been consistent on wanting to help me feel better. Dr B & Dr Nikki are truly amazing individuals. I have lived all over the world and I have visited many Chiropractic’s but I haven’t never felt the way I feel when I leave a appt from Restore. I was always skeptical of chiropractors and what they actually could do for my health other than snap, crackle and pop me. Then I went to Restore and my mind was made up that I had been missing out on a very special kind of chiropractic. They not only help your body heal but they educate you on why your body is doing what it's doing and they don't force your body to do things it shouldn't naturally be doing. Dr. B and Dr. Niki have literally blown my mind with their knowledge of the human body and their ability to put your body in a state of healing. Years upon years I have struggled with anxiety. This last summer it hit rock bottom and I was a mess. Obsessive thoughts and and all around blah feeling, I couldn't dig myself out that time. When I started going to Dr. Niki seven years ago, I was having trouble with headaches and knee pain. I was taking Celebrex for the knee pain and OTCs for the headaches. After three months, I had completely stopped the Celebrex and no more OTCs for the headaches. The weekly adjustments have improved my entire quality of life. First let me say I am probably one of the biggest skeptics out there and Pearson(now RESTORE) has changed that. I was injured at my job lifting coin and the pain became unbearable. I looked to the net for reviews on 'back doctors' that were close to were I lived and found Pearson. On my first initial visit to fill out forms and get scans I was kind of put off at first because I saw tons of people coming and going after they had only been there five mins., but I stayed and got scanned and heard what they had to say. Dr. Nicki promised me I would be better by Thanksgiving (it was the first week in Nov. and I could barely walk, I could only get in a car backward with help). She kept her promise!!!! I felt so much better OMGoodness I could turn to the side, get in a car, even start to bend over. I am still in treatment, sometimes you have a setback and a freak out (they are expected) but the doctors are there through it all to help you. I like Dr. Nicki because she is VERY deliberate when she adjusts me! It makes all the difference in how I feel later in the day and the days that follow up to the next adjustment. I can feel that they build on one another. Just try them. I would not lie to you since I was not really feeling this at first, but Dr. Nicole made a believer out of me!! Very open, beautiful office and lovely staff members. They really take the time to break down and explain everything to you and provide wonderful care that is individual to you. It feels like they genuinely do care about your well being and when you have a question or concern, you are listened to, which is a rare occurrence to experience in the healthcare field. I'm more of a science minded/(worked in a hospital) background person, and was very close-minded and tentative to have any kind of chiropractic care before coming, and they've changed my mind.
