I'm a long-time open gym member on a strength training program of Squats, Deadlifts, and Bench and Overhead Presses. The gym is perfectly equipped for my needs. The CrossFit Members and Coaches have always been gracious and supportive. If you can schedule your sessions around the CrossFit Classes it's a great place to work out.

I have been a member at Cape Fear CrossFit for about 6 months. Everyone is so warm and welcoming to anyone that walks through the door. The owner Chase is especially welcoming and accepting. He goes the extra mile to get to know his members and offer support inside and outside of the gym. I’ve been doing CrossFit for 9 years and been a member of lots of gyms. This gym has such great energy. Definitely the best part of my day! I’d recommend checking us out if you’re looking for a home gym or just visiting for a drop in.

This gym is THE best, bar none. I moved away from the Wilmington area for a few years and no other gyms I visited or joined hit the mark quite like CFCF. We recently moved back to the area and this gym and this community were a big reason for coming back. The people who make up this gym are the literal best - so welcoming, inviting, and straight up fun. I am challenged in every workout - physically and mentally. There is a sense of friendly competition among the athletes so you can scratch that competitive itch if you want, or just show up and get a solid workout in. There is a place for everyone at CFCF. Look no further - you’ve found your box.

Come to Cape fear CrossFit if you’re looking for great coaches, great workouts and a great community to be a part of! The gym is super clean with tons of equipment, the coaches are so helpful and knowledgeable on lifting and skill work, and everyone is so fun and encouraging- No matter where you are at in your fitness journey, someone will be cheering you on either inside or outside of the gym! Highly recommend!Ps. Very dog friendly which is arguably my favorite part 😁

Chase is the best owner ever.I’ve only been at Cape Fear for a few months but it has quickly become my daily sanctuary. There’s just nothing like a little CrossFit and yap after a long day 💁🏼‍♀️ From the owner to the coaches to the people, everyone has made me feel welcome while also creating a competitive environment. It’s clean, great equipment, heat in the winter, AC in the summer, what more do you need?

I joined this gym 2 years ago with barely any gym experience. They took me in, taught me everything and it has changed my life and my physique. I have made a new friend group and we all push and support eachother! They have the best coaches who have helped me learn and grow and I’m excited to keep the momentum going! Couldn’t ask for a better community!
