I dropped for two days whileon a business trip to Baltimore. They were immediately responsive to my drop off questions (including if I needed to pack a jump rope or grips!). A super relaxed and welcoming environment. Walking distance from the harbor area. Thank you so much CrossFit Harbor East!

Completely awesome! The gym is clean and we'll stocked. I chose personal training with Kent which has been THE BEST choice. Everyone is lovely and the atmosphere is welcoming of all bodies! 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

Absolutely love this gym. The people here are so warm and welcoming, the coaches are knowledgeable and kind, and the location is easy to find. Plus, the members and coaches are a diverse bunch, which make it easy to feel safe being yourself!

Was in town for a conference and dropped in for 3 days. The communication prior to attending classes was great and the website was easy to navigate as well as to register and pay for the drop in classes. The coach was very kind and the workouts were good. I enjoyed my experience at a different gym and would definitely go back next year during the conference.

I dropped in for Eden's Pride WOD. The coaches put together a challenging workout that could be accomplished by all skill levels. The atmosphere was fun and everyone was very welcoming. I'll definitely be back. :-) Thanks for the workout!
