He will walk out with you to your car or help answer any questions you might have he is very humble . Jenn the front desk lady is very kind and helped the process of scheduling an appointment if you have any questions ! Dominic who i believe is a manager told me “well we don’t want to spend thousands of dollars fixing it and the truck already has clear coat fade in spots so we figured it’s fine” i told them i wanted a reputable shop to paint my front bumper, i even went above and beyond and i found a place with great prices so they didn’t have to spend a fortune. Dominic told me that the owner Jays brother owns a mobile painting company and they insisted on using him. after again, WEEKS of waiting and constant texts to dominic’s personal phone. they finally got me in for the paint. i dropped it off in the morning and picked it up after work. The front bumper was never once sanded. they painted over all of the scuffs with a shaker spray can from auto zone for $10. with runny paint. Jay doesn’t care if your car leaves in pieces. Never would i recommend the tint shop to anyone. if you take your vehicle here it’s your own fault Less

Please be aware of the way this company runs and handles issues. I was told the company would sue me if I didn't take this review down. I had an awful experience, and it just doesn't end! I went to the Tint Shop 2 years ago for a remote start. The price kept changing, for the exact same thing, depending on who I was talking to. They sent a text to me for a discount, then said they wouldn't accept it. The remote start never worked right, they kept trying to get me to spend more money to make it work, told me not to use a Groupon because they make more money if a Groupon isn't used. They called and texted me repeatedly to take down my review after that whole fiasco. They had made my husband sign something saying he wouldn't write a bad review anywhere on Google or social media in order to get a refund- which is illegal! I took my review down anyways because I didn't want the headache. Fast-forward 2 years and now they've texted me every single day this week to sell me something, after I asked multiple times for them to stop contacting me. Dominic called threatening legal action if I don't take down my honest negative review. I don't think bullying is acceptable in any situation, and this is a terrible way to run a business. I don't want this to happen to someone else, just be aware of who you're doing business with. Less

Although it was supposed to be a same-day fix, the pick-up was pushed to the next day, which was slightly inconvenient.However, Fred more than made up for the delay by going the extra mile. He installed Paint Protection door cups behind the handles to prevent scratches, something I hadn’t even requested. This gesture was a pleasant surprise and showed his commitment to making things right. They called to tell me that my vehicle was ready to go and when I got there I found out that I had 2 USB cables in my glove compartment and that I needed to use my phone as a GPS (this is after the fact that they told me it will be bluetooth and I didn't need the wires (not that they work anyway) they also didn't tell me that I will be losing the controllers from my steering wheel and that I needed to used a small remote control. Also, I didn't have my backup camera working. Then they told me that if I wanted, that was going to be another $219 dollars if I wanted to have the steering wheel and camera connections. The site manager was/is a "my poop doesn't smell" and when he came to talk to me he proceeded to tell me that they are doing me a favor because to fixed my problem they had the technician staying late "after they close the store" I wasted a whole day and guess what? The phone kept getting disconnected from the radio, with no GPS or bluetooth connection, and I had to use my ipad as a GPS. I called them and made an appt and they won't take the radio back. After I paid almost $1700 for a GPS for something that didn't work. They may know about putting tint in your windows, but they have no idea about good customer service or radio installation.Let's see if the corporate offices read this and see if this review stays here for people to see who they are dealing with. In my personal opinion, they are the worst company I have dealt with in many years.After I got back from my trip, I took the car to Best Buy Geek Squad, and they gave me an appt for 2 weeks, they showed me all the connections tapped and loose from the tint shop installation. It was a costly and frustrating ordeal that could have easily been avoided if I had taken my business elsewhere. 100% customer service! Got a remote starter installed. They matched the price given at another shop that was cheaper. I was upset because I got an extra key phobe that fell off because they put it on a zip tie. Called complaining they apologized got me in the next day and replaced it at no charge!... More

They firmly failed it in a very immediate manner after the inspector saw the windows, he brought out the laser equipment they use to test the light going through. Had 22%. Failed NYS requires (as of 2017) all windows in the front seating area of any vehicle to be 70% light visibility. Oops. Didn't know. Bought the ... More

Bought the vehicle in 2014 just the way it is and it passed the inspection before and after that law (which I didn't know anyhow). So, I gave THE TINT SHOP a call and asked if they took off tint. And they do. They quoted me a specific price and said it would take an hour and a half. I went to the other shop, picked up the Caddie and rolled over to them. Went in, signed in, and was out of there within 30 minutes. These guys and gals are great. I was thoroughly impressed with the whole thing. The parking is a bit tedious though, so be careful when coming off that road or going back onto it. Again! Great job and I'm very happy with your work. Less
