It’s a great workout! The pace keeps your heart rate up and the individual attention ensures that you’re doing the movements correctly and if too taxing, modifications are offered. I will do again next time we come to Marco Island.

After sitting on my butt for years I tried one class before I joined for a monthly membership. The first month was tough to get back into the swing of things and just when I thought I was cruising… it amplified. These workouts are tough and target the specific muscle groups extremely well. You get what you put in here. The atmosphere is great and very friendly. You’ll quickly make friends and between your partners and coaches you’ll be pushed to give it your all.
