They were knowledgeable of my storage unit to the point where they were able to find it and even figure out the lock! Excellent pricing. My old movers charged over $1000 for a block move. A Super Move charged $264 for a much longer trip. 10 out of 10.

Horrible customer service. No one answers the phone. No one returns your call. I am livid with the experience I am receiving.

I couldn’t be more happy with our move. Jimmy and his team went above and beyond in making a stressful time seamless. I could not be more happier with our choice. I hired A Super Move to do some in-house moving and furniture setup and they did great! Cheaper than other quotes I received and even made great suggestions on furniture placement and ensured the furniture they put together were safe for my young kids to use! Highly recommend these guys!

Firstly, the driver was ~2 hours late (our pick up window was 8-10am, driver arrived at 11:45am), which threw off our entire schedule. According to A Super Move's confirmation messages, the driver was only supposed to drive the truck and not assist with the moving process. With this in mind I had a friend there to help me with the move. I had all of my items curbside within the window of the move, ready to go. When the driver finally arrived, the first thing he did was look at the amount of stuff I had (which filled about half of a 5x5x8 storage unit) and say, "This is going to be about an $80 tip," before starting to pick up my belongings without my permission. To make matters worse, while I was checking in at the Cube Smart office, he loitered around, clearly waiting for me to tip him, which I did because it was the only way to get him to leave. The whole experience felt so incredibly disgusting and unprofessional that my friend and I were baffled. At 11:07am before the driver had arrived A Super Move requested that I leave a Google review. A Super Move needs to seriously reassess their customer service and professionalism. I cannot recommend their services based on this experience. Less

My mom moved out of a 3 floor condo into a private house. We had to pack a full kitchen, China and fragiles, as well as ALOT of clothes and shoes! He estimated to do my move over 2 days, pack on Day 1 and move on Day 2, and accommodated my mom with everything. The guys were so great, patient and took great care with everything. They took apart her beds and tables, and even helped move some furniture out to the curb for some family that came to the house to grab, and even they were so thankful! The estimate was really close to the final total, and the details prior really helped not having any surprises. I would totally refer A Super Move to all my friends and family! I did a major renovation at my home and needed all furniture removed from upstairs bedrooms and most of the first floor. Company was easy to schedule in a timely matter and very fairly priced. Not responsive company at all. They didn’t show up on day of reservation , even if that was confirmed by office, never apologized, not giving any explanation of the situation that happened.
