I had no idea what to expect but had so much fun!! I turn up to a session feeling tired after a workday and 5 minutes later find myself having the best time. It's like a cross between aerobics and a dancefloor and jumping on a trampoline as a kid....but somehow you end up getting a really good workout too! The lights are dim and everyone is focusing on the moves, so no need to feel self conscious either. 100% recommend giving bounce a try!!

I absolutely love Bounc’d. Laura creates such a fun, welcoming atmosphere — there’s zero judgement, just lots of bouncing, laughing and genuinely good vibes. The workouts are always fresh with new songs all the time, so it never feels repetitive or boring. It’s such a great way to move, get sweaty and actually enjoy it. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun workout that doesn’t feel like a chore.
