Went to Active Audiology in Thornbury for my mum after having trouble with one of the mainstream audiologists. We saw Caitlin who was an absolute gem, taking the time to explain everything in regards to hearing, hearing aids, the process and the best option for my mum. Shout out to Eva also at reception who was accommodating and kind. Both ladies were nothing short of amazing! Highly recommend 🙂
