Went to Active Audiology in Thornbury for my mum after having trouble with one of the mainstream audiologists. We saw Caitlin who was an absolute gem, taking the time to explain everything in regards to hearing, hearing aids, the process and the best option for my mum. Shout out to Eva also at reception who was accommodating and kind. Both ladies were nothing short of amazing! Highly recommend 🙂

My mum was staying with me and one of her hearing aids had stopped working. We went into Active Audiology and asked if they could help. Even though she was not a client of theirs. They happily had a look and found that the filter needed to be replaced and they replaced the filter for free. Such great service , so grateful

I went to Active Audiology Harrington Square in Altona for an initial consultation and was really impressed – especially with Amanda and the reception team. Amanda was very knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that actually made sense, without any confusing jargon. The reception staff were super friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in, which made the whole visit feel relaxed rather than clinical.Even though it was just my first appointment, I’d happily recommend them to anyone thinking about getting their hearing checked or trialling hearing aids.
