Naomi, the audiologist has provided excellent service over 2024.I have been very frustrated with one of the features of the Oticon aids and she has done everything possible to resolve the issue. Naomi has been patient, persistent and consistently understanding. She consulted other specialists and pursued a number of avenues.I’m disappointed to eventually realise that if I preferred the sound quality of Oticon aids I would need to deal with the initial enduring issue.I thank Naomi for her service and would 100% recommend her as a true professional.
