In Atlantic Beach for the weekend and found Sports Center performance zone online and 10/10 recommend. Workout was great, Lily the instructor did an amazing job instructing on every movement and the people there were so welcoming! Definitely try them out and I can’t wait to come back next time I’m in town.

If I could give more than 5 Stars I would! Great facility, this gym is awesome! Best gym in town, with very well maintained equipment. I highly recommend the PZ.

I first started working out with Grant nearly 10 years ago! Grant always has a way of pushing me to do more then I realize I am capable of. He has helped me regain strength and lose weight after both of my pregnancies. There is no better way to start my day then a workout at Performance Zone!

Myself, my wife, and our two kids have been going to Grant for the past 5-6 years. All of us enjoy the way he runs his workouts. I particularly appreciate that he will adjust your workout due to injury so you don't miss out on your class.

I cant recommend this place enough!!! It has changed my life and my sons life for the better. The adult classes have been amazing progress for my fitness and strength. Grant and his team of trainers are very knowledgeable and are great with modifications to any work out, if and when I need. It has added so much value to my daily health. The friends I have made in the class are also an added plus! My son started taking Grants class in 6th grade and it has shaped his whole athletic journey and self esteem. Grant helped him improve his speed, agility and strength that led to so much more self confidence in school and on the field. Now a senior in High School and greatly appreciates the time and fun he had at the Performance Zone.
