⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 – Highly RecommendedI found this gym two years ago through a Google search while looking for a place where I could improve my fitness, challenge myself, and be part of a supportive community. Two years later, I can honestly say it has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. What stands out the most is the amazing community. People from different cultures, backgrounds, and fitness levels come together in a welcoming and motivating environment. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, you’ll feel supported from day one.Another thing I really appreciate is that classes are conducted in English, but there is also support available in Spanish when needed. This helps create an inclusive atmosphere where everyone can feel comfortable and succeed. The coaching staff is outstanding. Every coach is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely invested in helping members reach their goals. Whether your objective is weight loss, building muscle, improving your overall health, preparing for a competition, learning a new discipline, or simply becoming more active, you’ll find the guidance and encouragement you need.Over the past two years, I’ve seen this gym help people achieve all kinds of goals, and the level of support remains the same for everyone. The coaches and community truly want to see you succeed. If you’re looking for a place to start or continue your fitness journey, I highly recommend this gym. It’s more than just a place to work out—it’s a community that supports you every step of the way.10/10. Highly recommended. 💪🔥🌎🏋️‍♂️

When Okie CrossFit took over CrossFit 1055, it wasn’t just a change in ownership…it was the beginning of something really special. The positive energy, strong leadership, and genuine investment in the members have made a huge impact. The community has continued to grow, friendships have been built, and the atmosphere is welcoming, supportive, and motivating for athletes of every level. What stands out most is how much heart has been poured into the gym. The coaches care, the programming is challenging and effective, and every person who walks through the doors feels like they belong.

First and foremost the coaching is amazing. Always upbeat encouraging and instructional. Samantha , the main coach at this facility, has a genuine interest in helping everyone in the class achieve their personal goals. She has given me amazing instructions on everything from proper lifting techniques to keep me safe and injury free to how to pace yourself for a successful workout. This attention to details has helped me increase my endurance and strength that a younger versionof me thought impossible. The gym has an amazing atmosphere and the people that come here to work out are super kind and supportive to each other.Could not ask for a better place to work out.

Okie CrossFit West is more than a gym, it is family! We have been members for 5+ years now. They have seen my husband and I grow in our careers, our marriage, and we now get to raise our kiddo in this amazing community! Coaches and athletes are always happy to lend a helping hand when it comes to your kiddos. We are so blessed to be apart of this community!

From the first day I walked in I was treated like family. All workouts can be "scaled" to individual's fitness level. Coaches take the time to teach movement, which is great for beginners.
