Where do I even begin? First, if you want someone who is going to sell your house, regardless of price point, condition, or how great the challenge is, Kaitlyn Espada is, unequivocally, that agent. I have worked in real estate investment for about a decade. When I decided to list my $1,000,000 home in Palmer, I got referrals and interviewed many different agents. I expected them to show up to our interview with comparable sales information and a marketing plan in hand. I conducted a very thorough interview process and I was highly selective in what I wanted out of my agent. Kaitlyn nailed it, she blew the competition out of the water during the interview process. Before I even hired her, she knew my comps, what the market would bear, had an outstanding marketing plan and valuable feedback. Her marketing plan was excellent. Kaitlyn was the consummate professional during the entire process of a new build AND sale of our old house. Even with the glitches that were beyond anyone's control, she and her team were right on top of it. We started the process of selling and buying in July and closed this week on our new house, and our previous house went on the market on a Friday and we had an offer that following Monday.
