We needed a quick solution to store some items while preparing to sell our home. Units is a fantastic company and they went out of their way to help make it as easy as possible for us. They even came out last minute on a Saturday to adjust the placement of the unit in the driveway, when it was blocking a gate a contractor needed to access. When we were ready, they moved the unit to the new location and then came out and removed it when we unpacked. Fantastic customer service, highly responsive- do not hesitate to use!

We had the greatest experience choosing a local company for our 6 month storage needs. There are lots of big companies out there, and I decided to try the small one. The personal customer service provided by Zach made the experience incredible. From the first contact, he was quick to explain the process in the easiest way for me, gave me an affordable price, and followed through on all promises. Each time my pod was moved between the two homes, he reached out to check that everything went well. He even offered to video call with me to teach me how to open my pod. Our pod was delivered absolutely spotless, and we had it all summer, and most of the autumn, nothing ever got into it, all contents of the pod stayed absolutely perfect! My experience with UNITS! Amazing communication!!! Great pricing! Awesome customer service! Zach and Mike were awesome! So hard to find amazing customer service and communication these days! I had my unit for over a year and they always responded same day and if they were not available immediately then they would communicate when they were available next and would reach out immediately! They were friendly and always went above and beyond to make sure I was happy! Their pricing and options were well great compared to competitors (P*DS, U*AUL, P*CKR*T) honestly even if it was higher I would pay for the customer service! Moving can be a frustrating and daunting process. Thankfully, Zachary and the team at Units make the process worry free. Zachary answered all my questions and provided me with an unbeatable price. Trust me, they are cheaper than the competition for the long haul. I liked that I paid all moving fee's upfront and only paid for the monthly rental. By the time I hung up the phone with Zach, the UNIT was sitting in my back Alley, as if David Blaine or David Copperfield used magic. The beautiful thing about Units, is that the POD can be placed anywhere a car can fit. This saved me from paying my townships stupid POD permit. I had my Unit for 8 months and thank God I did. After multiple offers on homes, and dealing with unreasonable realtors, I finally found my castle. It saved me time and kept me relaxed while cleaning out the house in preparation for my move.
