We're visiting from California and discovered this gym, which was absolutely perfect. The facility was clean, with ample space, and the coaches were very helpful. We all had a good workout.

Dropped in at CF Serenity and took Josh’s class. Great coaching, great class, lots of fun! Classic CrossFit with warmup, workout, cool down and emphasis on form & safe movement! Will definitely drop in again the next time I pass through!

Where to begin?? I'll start with the facility. The space is massive and has every piece of equipment any fitness enthusiast could want. Second, the price was super inexpensive for a drop in. Third, the service was impressive. Seriously-- after just signing up I got a text. And, someone even opened up the space for me at a random hour. Communication was easy. Just overall amazing. Finally, the community was kind and welcoming. It was my first visit and everyone said hi and seemed genuinely happy to see me. Thank you Josh, Kyle, and Serenity community. I'll be back!!!!

I just finished the healthy step nutrition challenge. This is the best thing that I’ve done for myself. I stepped away from bad habits and now I sleep better, I’m making better food choices, and have more energy to make it through the day!

I am so glad I participated in the 28 day challenge! The habits were doable and the accountability was key for me. I surpassed the goals I had set for myself and am aiming to continue the habits I have built moving forward!
