We used Kings Mobile RV Repair (Doug) to replace our leaking water heater in February. Our water heater began leaking on 2/16/23. Doug rescheduled the repair date twice and arrived significantly late for the appointment on 2/22/23. Frankly, we were happy someone that was going to fix the water heater! The new water heater had a cross threaded anode rod that Doug was going to come back and repair. Doug was a no-show for that even with a reminder call and a subsequent reminder text. Doug asked to be paid at the time of the water heater repair due to the amount of time that the RV warranty company can take to pay out. Doug expressed that it would be a hardship for him. We paid him on the spot. Doug failed to turn the paperwork and pictures in to the warranty company. We contacted the warranty company several times regarding the claim. The warranty company said that they had reached out to Doug multiple times to get the appropriated photos and paperwork. My wife called and texted Doug several times over the months that followed and asked that he complete the necessary paperwork and send in the pictures. On 5/22/23 Doug sent the two pictures that he took to my wife but not to the warranty company. To date, Doug has not completed the paperwork for our warranty. We were forced to address the cross-threaded anode rod ourselves and we were forced to have the point of failure for the water heater diagnosed and photographed in order to send the pictures and diagnosis in to the warranty company. Warranty Forever issued our reimbursement check on 8/17/23 with Doug having been paid (over-paid I might add) for services on 2/22/23. Doug seems to know RVs but can't seem to keep his promises once he's been paid. Less

He does not warranty his work or his parts and he will not return after receiving your money he does not care about the customer he only cares about money he charged me $250 labor to replace a water pump that took about five minutes then when the pump went bad he would not come back replace it or even check the pump. Like I said don’t waste your money. Nothing but a scammer. We lost our steering and most of our brakes on the freeway on a Sunday in Desmoines recently and managed to get our motorhome off into a parking lot. After hours of trying to get towed anywhere to get repairs we called a number of repair services and Doug was the only reply we got. He was not able to come on Sunday but came first thing Monday morning and he and Austin worked on our rig for the whole day and most of the next day. They were very thorough in finding the problems. It was a bit difficult to find and get the parts needed for our repairs but finally they got what was needed,this included being at a hose shop at 7:30 in the morning to have a hydraulic hose made! Our motorhome was not the easiest to work on for sure in a parking lot no less. They did a great job getting us back on the road to finish our vacation. Thanks guys! Less

We were getting ready to leave on a trip and my motor home air conditioner and heater would not turn on so I reached out to king's repair services and within an hour he showed up and within a 1/2 hour to 40 minutes he found the problem in the Motorhome. I would use him again and I would recommend him 100%.

Doug came out and did an excellent job on our Class C motorhome, including clearing the check engine light. He was professional, courteous and knew his way around our job. Now in the past month or so he has worked on or inspected 20+ trailers Plus a couple Tractors, went to multiple customers sites to perform maintenance/repairs/service at their location (while also making sure it was in better condition than when they got there) and made sure everything we needed to get done was done in time and without any issues. I have no hesitation sending Doug to our customers because he represents himself in such a professional manner that our customers would prefer to have it done onsite so they have the trailers as soon as they’re done, or they can load right before the repair is done. I know Doug will do everything he can to take care of us and that is why he has earned our business. Reliable & Affordable I contacted Doug early Monday morning, he was able to come up to Bellevue in about an hour from when we spoke. Knew exactly what the problem was and got to work. It took him about an hour to fix it and my truck was back on the road. Thank you Sir!

I called Doug at King when the vent in my RV was leaking. He was prompt and very professional. He repaired the vent, removed any damage and resealed the roof. I have since called him when my furnace quit. Again he did a great job repairing it. He has always been able to help with any problems I have with my rv plus is a really nice guy and very reasonably priced. Thanks, Doug.
